Review of Fetch Your Pet Needs
I buy Benji's food and some treats from Fetch Your Pet Needs for a good few years, maybe 5 years?! Benji is a 6 years old and 32 kg Sheepadoodle. I feed him Nourish Rite Grain Free Large Breed Adult Dog Food - Salmon with a handful of DARF Turkey Cold Pressed Dog Food. A 12 kg bag lasts me approximately a month, as we don't weigh his portions. The food, the treats are expensive, but very good quality. Benji is never sick, no problems with his stools and not a lot of them, maybe twice per day and sometimes only once. In so many years, he only had softer stools twice, and we thought it was from what we fed him extra, from our food. I also found the staff extremely helpful when I rang looking to have a order delivered faster, as I was going on holidays. In so many years, we only had a "hiccup" once, when the order got extremely delayed and i had to improvise. They sent me an email, but it went to spam. I was very upset that time, as I hate to change Benji's food on short notice. So, I will suggest that the customers are contacted by phone if is there an issue with their order. Otherwise, I couldn't recommend this shop and the staff highly enough.

I ordered Super Strenght Collagen, Creatine and vitamin C, I think. I got lots of freebies with my order: two boxes of Electrolytes, which I love and I will be ordering myself; a glass bottle (sorry, is leaking), some Vitamin D3 + K2 Liposomal and some Turmeric Liposomal. I couldn't believe how many things they sent me for free. I rechecked my order to be sure. Creatine is not for me, I gave it to my husband. I take the collagen, but I didn't start the vitamin C yet. I highly recommend them.

To be honest, my order was delayed for more than two weeks, because I ordered AlphaRet from SkinBetter and they didn't have it in stock. I rang once and I didn't get anywhere, as the person who answered the phone didn't know what is happening and never rang back with information regarding my order. I rang the next day, I was promised by the end of the week, but never happened. Needless to say, I was annoyed and wanted to cancel it. But when the order came, wasn't I delighted that I didn't cancel it?! They sent me two good-sized samples of SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic and another serum. All their sins were forgiven. (Just kidding.) On a serious note, when the products are not in stock, maybe a member of staff should contact the customer with the information. I for one will be back ordering stuff online, I am hooked now. :) :) Thank you for the samples!
