Firstly not a UK company but a shill from Chinese importer.
Item quality very poor. When asked for refund and prepaid return label, got the same playbook as others - namely 5%, then 10% and finally 30% discount and requirement to pay for postage back to China,
Should have read the signs of no contact for customer service nor UK contact info. Had to get credit card involved who helpfully upheld the dispute.
Save yourself pain and avoid.

Still waiting to receive order. Been over 4 weeks so presume this is a no show. Learnt my lesson. Stick to online shops you know. This site is a scam and nothing to do with UK.

I bought some orthopaedic shoes for my elderly mum in May from what I believed to be a uk company. After a fairly long wait and still no delivery I checked them out and found terrible reviews of this China based company. I tried to cancel order but couldn’t so returned them on arrival. It has taken nearly three weeks and many emails but I finally got my refund today. Stay clear of this company as there seem to be no good reviews at all.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company thinking it was a family-run business based in London, but I’ve now realized it’s just another Chinese knock-off company advertising on Instagram. The boots still haven’t arrived, and when I checked the tracking, I saw this wasn’t what I expected. The so-called "family" behind the business looks like an AI-generated image. If the boots don’t live up to the quality shown in the photos, I will be returning them and expecting a full refund. This feels like a scam, and I won’t make the mistake of shopping here again. Stay away from this company at all costs

Ordered trainers not arrived 3 weeks ago took money tried ringing always busy thought it was uk company but Chinese take your money and don’t deliver scam gone to bank to get refund .

I ordered a pair of boots from this company believing it was a family run business based in London.

This is a scam website. The shoes finally arrived and are fake plastic rubbish. Not orthopaedic as advertised. Falling apart. Contacted number and email for return but phone is fake number and email returned. I purchased with a credit card and have put a complaint to them to deal with…

Please do not order from this company, uK Shoes, they are not in the UK. Ordered a pair of orthopedic trainers which took ages to arrive. Cost 39.99.
The shoes finally arrived and look like something you could buy for a few quid in the UK in a discount store.
I have emailed but the email comes back from Postmaster who says the email address does not exist!
The phone number is fake too! I traced the company to Haichen Technology but can get no further. I am asking my bank to get involved to see if they can trace this company!
I intend to do everything I can to get my money back! It may not be a lot of money but this is about teaching these scam companies a lesson!

I ordered 2 of the trainers in purple and pink/navy. The purple ones turned up but the pink/navy turned up as a black pair. They refunded 10% of the order. So I ordered the pink/navy ones again and this time a black/red turned up. This time they offered to refund 20%. I now have 2 pairs of trainers in colours I don’t want or like.

I have now demanded a full refund of the two pairs that turned off and the pink/navy ones free of charge to be sent to me immediately. Let’s see what happens

The worst company ever!

I bought the shoes and came up too small, customer service is disgusting…returned the shoes that costs £185 and so far no communication whatsoever!! Will soon start procedures with all social media, ombudsman, credit card company and so on…
Absurd!!!!

They sent me a wrong size and now do not even bother to get back to me. Ordered size 2, they sent me size 6.

Not what I was looking for dissappointing overall.

This is truly a reliable retail shoe shop you can trust. They have a variety of shoes and offers a lot of options. The shoes which I have purchased here were exactly what I've wanted, and I had no issues with the package or the quality. Overall, my experience was positive.

Utterly utterly rubbish. I wish I had read the reviews first. This is a scam. Sandals are very poor fit and there is a no refunds policy.

Bought shoes and they don't fit so I emailed asking for a returns label. N reply. I have emailed thee times and there has still been no answer.
My Bank have suggested that I send them back to the address on the packet and use a 'signed for' package return.
The address on the package is different from the one on the website.
V V unhappy with this Company and believe that it is a complete SCAM. Dreadful quality and no way do they fit!!! DON"T BUY.

Do not use this is a scam company wish I had read the reviews. Unable to make any contact with the company and unable to return plastic shoes do not use.

SCAM ALERT I purchased these sneakers because lm diabetic thinking l would receive as stated. Orthopaedic Womens Wide Shoes For Diabetic Swollen Feet from Weasam they are not
as advertised. There a standard fit and to small for my feet even thought l measured my feet before ordering. I contacted them but guess what they haven’t answered. They cost me £38 there advertised on eBay at £23 but say nothing about being for diabetics. What a rip off

An update from my last review on 6May my shoes did arrive after 47 days but they didn’t fit ( ordered my usual size but these were very tight) so I’ve given them away

Please do not use this company (Weasam) as my item has not arrived two weeks on and sadly there were no updates or any response to three emails and the tel number is unobtainable. So buyer's please be aware of this being a scam. I feel that I was duped by the misleading reports and references so please always read Trust Pilot as I missed this information and now I feel foolish. I am now reporting this company to Trading Standards as this is unacceptable and disgraceful. I also requested a refund within the 14 days but not expecting a response. I hope no one else gets duped as on reading the reports it would appear that sadly lots have. Now sadly out of pocket by £38.00 which was for orthopaedic shoes.
