Not sure how hard it is to deliver ...
Refusing to provide a full refund even though they never dispatched or delivered?! Have given only a partial refund for products but not refunding postage (another £4,99)?!
Hard to trust a company who take an order, fail to deliver on it then keep some of your money?!
