The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made the whole process easy to understand. Worst customer service

I'm editing my review as just for being nice on call isn't enough and doesn't resolve the issue. I had requested to change my cover level from third party to comprehensive, and instead of changing, the agent added a separate new cover in my policy which is why two payments were taken from my account, one for my previous cover and one for the new. Now, for last 4 days I've been continuously trying to contact Zego team to sort the issue and process the refund for my previous policy but nobody seems to bother, the given contact number ( 02030539800) doesn't work. I have explained the issue on live chat to multiple agents and first they put you on hold saying that somebody will contact, nobody contacts you and then they are so busy that they take hours to reply to the messages, like the complainant has no other work and can sit all day with his chat open waiting for them to reply. I can add screen shots of my chats that I had with different Zego agents as every time I had to explain my issue from the start, however I expect someone who reads the review can get back to me and sort the matter out.


Old review: "Thanks for being so nice and cooperative on the call Kevin. I would say right person for the right job, as that's exactly the attitude you need to have to help resolve your customers problems"
