OMG what a dreadful company!
Couldn't get my no claims discount across to them after trying for hours with their procedures.
The app destroys your battery and it has to be working in the background at all times! My phone usually lasts away and a half but it was empty after half a day!
The customer service is ridiculously slow (25 minutes for each reply of a message online) and the cancellation process is drawn out. Absolutely horrendous experience with this sham of a company!!

I have just bought my car insurance 3 days ago and am in cooling off period for 14 days.my policy was telemestic but to be honest the app is completely Headache coz they are tracking you not your car 24hrs.after download the app i just feel i have lost my all privacy so decided to cancel in 3 days.i have contacted with zego when they know am going to cancel the policy they put me on wait more than hour time.the person who dealt me his name is Terry he is very rude and uncooperative i have paid £140.49 for starting my policy and they gave me 14 days and said if you cancelled in14 days we charge nothing but today when i cancelled the policy they refund me only £40 .which is completely unfair.i asked terry to please pass me through to your superior as i will speak with him but he didn't.i request him to send me script of this chat but he didn't i will complaint against Zego to trading standerds and any other appropriate platform.they are looting the people by decisive.am just aware ing the people please be aware of this company they are saying something when they need a business from you and doing something when you need something from them.and lastly my opinion the companies like that don't accept claim easily when customers have a happen so please stay away from Zego.

Was in the “At Risk” section on the app although out of the 3 categories I had 2 green and 1 amber. Went on to live chat as they said they will cancel my policy at midnight if I don’t improve. Live chat told me my driver rating was actually “good” not “at risk” and it’s an app error. So because their app has an error they’re going to cancel my policy?

Terrible service. Would never insure with Zego again. Kept on hold on the chat for 4 hours friday pm for a cancellation just to be told itvwont be actioned until monday. Tried to cancel 3 times like this price keeps going up. Awful service.was thenbtold i would be transfered to a colleauge 23 minutes ago now and still no contact and you cant cancel over the phone
