Expensive comprehensive car quote

Jamie called me quickly after requesting a comprehensive car quote. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He asked a lot more questions regarding information for the quote and I was on the phone for 19 mins, which was far too long. The quote was $300 more than 3 other competitors and I couldn't justify spending the extra money.

Adam was absolutely fantastic to deal…

Adam was absolutely fantastic to deal with over the phone. From the beginning of the conversation, he was very professional, polite, and friendly, which made the whole experience comfortable and easy. He came across as well spoken, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help rather than making the conversation feel rushed or scripted.
One of the biggest positives for me was that he was Australian-based, which made communication much easier. His English was very clear, understandable, and easy to follow, with no confusion at all throughout the conversation. It was refreshing to speak with someone who communicated so well and explained everything clearly and professionally.
Overall, Adam provided outstanding customer service and left a very positive impression. He was approachable, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout the entire interaction. I would definitely be happy to deal with him again and highly recommend him based on my experience.

Your representative was great


THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END WAS VERY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEBLE, GREAT IN EXPLAINING AND TOOK THE TIME TO ENSURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD THE POLICY BY GIVING ME OPTIONS , THIS TO ME WAS THE BEST HELP IN DECIDING WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME REGARDING COST AND USAGE, THANK YOU

SIMPLE

SIMPLE. Easily the best insurance company to deal with. Either making a claim or just going over your insurance policy. Friendly, helpful & very competitive. We almost changed insurance companies but they came to the party & we just had to stay with them.

Customer service was friendly upbeat and attentive to my questions and needs
Been a loyal customer for over 10 years with NRMA they could not meet the price I was happy with now I’ve come aboard Youi! I saved over $200 a year thanks Youi 🙂
