Exceptional service
After my initial contact I was contacted by mobile by a consultant who was courteous knowledgeable and efficient. I was provided with a quote which was much lower than my previous insurer.
Avoid them at all costs. Appalling!
The worst of the worst....they were so dismissive and unhelpful when I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. They played me around at first only to tell me they aren't able to help me. I changed providers at the speed of light. Avoid them at all costs!

Pressured into taking out insurance on a car I hadn't even purchased. I won't be purchasing that particular vehicle yet I'm still receiving phone calls while at work to take up the quote provided! And definitely not the cheapest

Youi Roadside Assist were amazing in coming to my aid. I contacted them via their link and then It was a very quick callout time. The officer attended and was professional and efficient as well as personable. He sorted the issue quickly and effectively. I give this service the highest star rating
I pride myself in comparisons each year…
I pride myself in comparisons each year on renewals, finding the best deal on the product I am looking for, in this case, car insurance. After comparing the market a few months ago on my partner's car with 12 insurance companies, I reduced that down to 6 insurers' when selecting mine, with discarding 6 others... The most amazing thing about Youi is the call centre staff after doing an online quote. It is a shame that they came in last place due to being the most expensive company on quotes I ran with matching credentials on each quote from other insurers. For example, selecting window glass cover with Youi is extra on premium and requires an excess as well!! It would have cost me and extra $100 a month if I had chosen Youi, much to the disappointment of the staff member and myself. Not even after increasing the excess hundreds of dollars on a claim, could the premium come close to the 5 other quotes I had done online. All I can say is... Youi doesn't represent what they say in their ads on TV. Do your homework and you will see there is a lot to save with reputable insurer's that also have "Pay by the month" at no extra charge as standard on their policies. Not sure if I should mention those, they both start with 'A', one ends with 'Z' and the other end with 'A'... The second one requires you to be over 50 years old. The other has been around for more than 50 years that I know of.... So, work to be done on Youi's policies and price to meet or better the competition. But... once more I will say... Youi has amazing staff to talk to over the phone... I will keep trying each year and hope they improve policies and premium prices. Good Luck, Youi...

Youi were fantastic and got straight on to ensuring that the room was dried out as quickly as possible and the process has been relatively quick and stressfree. Our Youi advisor Leanne kept us up to date all the time.
windscreen replaced
I had my windscreen replaced. Booked in early January and the screen didn't become available until mid May. Youi stuck with me all the way and were extremely helpful. Thankyou Youi for you great support.
