Starting an online claim

I started an online claim very easily. Within about two minutes of finishing it, Keegan from Youi rang me just to ask a few more questions. Within about 10 minutes I had my car booked in for an assessment the following day. Awesome service and very helpful and attentive. What a great process.

Excellent service

Making a claim was so easy. I received constant updates. Once my car was deemed written off the payment process was very quick.

Emily's help was Amazing!! Youi is great

I had the most amazing experience with Emily today. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and I really felt she was giving me the best advice and legitimately trying to help and answer my many questions.
I would recommend Youi! From a very happy customer!

Absolutely awesome staff

Had left a message for a call back regarding my claim and to update my address.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and so so helpful. Thankyou Youi and all your great staff, keep up the awesome work that you all are doing.

Great service and deal.

Andre was kind, courteous, patient, cheerful and professional. I was given a better deal on review of my policies, than an already good price. As a pensioner, every dollar counts and I am very satisfied with this service.

Exceptional service

After my initial contact I was contacted by mobile by a consultant who was courteous knowledgeable and efficient. I was provided with a quote which was much lower than my previous insurer.
