Purchased two tennis bracelets as they were advertised as having an added safety clasp on. One arrived with a safety clasp and the other must have been old stock without the clasp. Informed XVI about this and they won’t even respond, BAD service.
You can purchase these exact pieces on AliExpress for a fraction of the cost - have purchased and compared, maybe their supplier?

I ordered the Empress III Ring, and when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The ring was bulky and looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. I contacted customer service the same day I received it to request a return and a refund, only to be told that they don't accept returns unless the item is damaged. This is completely unacceptable. Their return policy is very restrictive and not customer-friendly at all. This was a terrible shopping experience—please be aware and avoid shopping from this site.

Purchased from xvilatorre around 6 months ago, The moissanite is beautiful and am so happy I purchased this instead of a diamond or even a lab grown diamond. No one can tell the difference. I get complimented everywhere I go, for the price it's amazing quality, the band hasn't tarnished or changed colour at all. The plating is very luxurious, and the ring has a nice weight to it. I have purchased from other stores and they feel very cheap and light, but xvilatorre is well weighted and feels perfect.
