I ordered 2 items on 05/02/2026 …..56 days ago ..Their delivery time to Australia is maximum 19 days..I ordered from this company as it purports to be Australian and I’m in Australia..No problem I thought! Also fairly favourable reviews here on trust pilot..
I have received absolutely no information as to shipping and delivery..
I have had emails returned as not delivered and had no luck contacting them through their on site facility..
Will I ever receive my order or is it a scam?

I bought their 4.5ct moissanite ring from them less than 1 month ago and it’s already missing a stone. Sent them an email with a photo and no response! Messaged them on instagram, no response!!

So beautiful I bought Two. I wear them together and get compliments all the time.

I was very surprised at the quality and how 'real' it looked. Everyone commented on it believe it to be 'real". Even though its a huge gem! I bought a 3ct. I have ordered another but am downsizing to a 2ct. Love these products. 💯 recommend for a alternative.

1 was a copy of my real diamond engagement ring for when I travel as I don’t like taking in abroad in fear of loosing it or it getting stolen. Now I actually find myself wearing my XVI Empress III Ring all the time …. It’s unbelievable quality and sparkle …..

I am waiting on a ring arriving and it has been almost a year.

We have been promised this will be rectified but still nothing.

Have previously purchased several items and loved them and have wanted to purchase more but how can you buy products when you have no idea if they will arrive.

Not everything has gone up in price significantly and as a result I would have to pay more for items I could have purchased already.

The biggest disappointment is the only communication I receive is from their chat service and that is AI.

Stunning jewellery. Couldn’t help myself and have just put in my third order. My girlfriend couldn’t believe how good my ring was and is now loving hers too.

I already have this necklace and it is admired constantly. Everyone thinks it’s a real diamond! I’ve bought it again for the inevitable time I snap or lose it.

UPDATE - I have just had a reply from the company and I can see that one of the three items that I have purchased appears to be in the mail. Once I hear from the company and I have received all three items that I purchased then I will more than happy to change my review to 5 stars.

I am just trying to get someone from the company to respond to my request for an update on my order. I have purchased from them before and it went really well, however this time, it’s been a month since I ordered and I have heard absolutely nothing. I will happily change the review if I could just get someone to reply to me.

I WISH I HAD READ THE MANY REVIEWS OF XVI LATORRE CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR SEVERAL WEEKS/ MONTHS FOR their orders and ZERO communication from customer service before I ordered with this company. I placed an order 18 business days ago. Their website says orders are crafted and shipped within 5-6 days. So far, my order status is "UNFULFILLED". In the meantime, I have made 3 attempts to contact their customer service via email and they have not responded. BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company. I regret my decision.

Some better correspondence would be nice. AI chat just doesn't cut it for us over 50s.

I would have thought ordering in November for a Christmas gift would have been a safe bet.

But no, no contact just radio silence

My order sat in ordered status for quite some time, without being processed. I sent 5 emails trying to chase this up which went unanswered. I tried using the online help and why AI help was quick, they decided they needed to transfer me through to a human. AI was never successful in doing this, after 2 days of trying I gave up. My ring eventually did come yesterday, and I am extremely disappointed. I looks cheap and fake. The yellow gold is a horrible colour and the Princess Cut Moissanite Ring - Stone Type: Moissanite (VVS1 DEF - GRA Certificate) has no sparkle and looks like a Cubic Zirconia. I am Very, very unhappy, disappointed and feel robbed.

Im glad i found this website…i bought a couple of rings already and I'm very happy with them.

I placed an order of 2 rings, 1 of them was not what I ordered. Wrong size and colour (order #6505). Have tryed all contacts available, no reply received to date, this was over a year ago. What am I to do with a ring I cannot wear. Your mistake, take responsibility. I expect replacement or refund!!!!!!
