Unfortunately the plant delivery was delayed. When it arrived it was brown, dry and crispy. The soil was emptied into the box (looked like it had been tipped upside down). It was completely dead and it was only fit for the bin.
Not likely to use this company again.

I ordered quite a few plants, it was in the heatwave, one plant I wasn't happy with after a few emails, I recieved a replacement, and im vey happy with the service I recieved thank you your garden 😀

Saw the ad in the Gardeners World magazine for 3 buddleia plants. Unfortunately 1 has died. I emailed yougarden. I did get a refund of £4.99 but NOT to my card. To my account. So they basically force you to buy from them again. Dreadful company. I thought they would be better as recommended by GW. Don’t buy from this company.

I was very disappointed with the plants this time, they looked dead. The leaves were black and crispy so l have had to cut them off. I am really hoping the plants are NOT dead so am looking after them in their pots on a tray until l can be sure they're fit to be planted. Definitely not the usual standard from You garden.

the roses died ,2out of 4 servived some times plants need the kiss of life,but then you will blame the weather sods law im affraid

I have ordered several different plants and trees over the last month or so and all have been in decent condition. Only one set of plants took 7 days to arrive but when they did they were healthy and ready to plant out. As the time for these plants was unsually long I contacted their customer service department who were polite and helpful. I will order from You Garden again.

Customer service great, plants hit and miss. Out of three one looked dead, different sizes arrived even though I ordered all the same. A replacement plant was sent but alas was DOA. Not sure I’ll order again.
