Absolutely love the plants and packaging from You Garden. Really great experience sending gifts to friends. And quick to arr8ve which is good so you don't worry about tge plants stuck in a box for weeks. The only downside is th £10 postage. Very expensive but the delivery is good...so, I suppose you weigh that up personally. I believe you can join their club for discounts...but still, its a lot when you forget to buy something.
Continuing on from my previous review I can now give Your Garden a 5 star review. The problem I had with my order has been quickly resolved and I am very happy.
Ordering was easy. Delivered by Yodel undamaged as promised. Bulbs in separate packages in a cardboard box but no planting instructions provided? Referred me to their website that basically gave generic bulb planting instructions based on size. So will use YouTube or similar to plant bulbs. Next spring will be best judge of how good the bulbs actually are.
Excellent service to rectify a small fault. Everyone makes mistakes - what is important is how they are dealt with and You Garden sorted it out promptly and efficientlt. I've been a customer for sevarel years and can fully recommend the service.

Ordered from You Garden for the first time a small order. that was on offer. Have today received my plants and both my wife and I agree they are the best we have ever had from an online mail order company.
My only regret, I never found this company whilst I was active in the garden, unfortunately I can no longer tend it myself and have to rely on others to help out. I will certainly recommend them to family and friends
You Garden are fantastic, definitely a company you can trust for getting plants. I placed an order and it appeared like one plant was not coming (they were a bare root purchase) You Garden were just fantastic! They were fully prepared to give me another plant until I had to contact them again as it had started to grow! Samantha Freeman was just fantastic and so polite. I wish more companies had customer service colleagues just like her….
