Ray did some great photos of our property and provided extensive explanation of process, as we had not sold via auction before. He kept us fully informed of how things were progressing and worked so hard to find investors for our property. Particularly as we're selling at a difficult time with mortgage rates increasing almost weekly and all the gloom surrounding cost of living and utilities. Would recommend to anyone thinking of selling via property by auction.
