Ray and the team were so helpful and approachable, it's almost like you've known them for years! The whole process went ahead with zero problems with Ray keeping us up to date at various stages. Upon completion, Ray even called round with a gift hamper of champagne and truffles which speaks volumes about the company as a whole! All in all, a very pleasant and painless experience...
