Our Flat needed total refurb and new lease extension
Nick walked us through everything and supported us all the way. He came up with the solution when at the last minute there was an issue with completing our sale. He made a stressful situation mch more bearable.

Smooth & great contact throughout the process!
Ray and his team at The Auction Company were straight to the point on all areas from arranging all documentation and legals and solicitors done before going live to pricing the property correctly to attract as many potential buyers as possible. The property which had been on the market for some time had struggled to attract the right buyers due to it being a grade ll listed
Property that needed a lot of work doing, which meant it had a smaller pool of buyers but, that didn not hinder or slow the auction down, the property went live and was sold way above the reserve and all parties were happy from start to finish, definitely recommend these guys to my vendors in the future. ? Actually I now also offer the Auction as a service on my appraisals.

Jo provided an excellent service, she thoroughly explained the process and prepared us for the reality of selling our property in the current market. She ensured communication was ongoing throughout the process so we always knew what to expect. Although the property sold for less than we hoped, after trying to sell for a considerable time, it was a smooth process with completion a month later.

Determination to sell.
We had excellent service from Vicky & Mark. Our property sale was particularly challenging but Vicky & Mark not only met that head on but went the extra mile too
Their diplomacy and tenacity ensured our sale. They never gave up.
A clinching aspect was that they did not go down the traditional route of a very low starting price and guide price just to try and get a sale.

Impeccable service to the very end
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody who needs this service.
Helen has been an absolute godsend and helped me with a very difficult situation from the very first introduction. Apologies to Helen on my behalf but she answered everything and anything I had to ask, her guidance and compassion for my particular circumstances was above and beyond and 100% appreciated by myself and my family too.
Even on her days off I would get a reply from her.
I never felt like I was alone throughout the whole process and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Agent excellent
Our agent was always available 24/7 for us to ask questions or get advice. I found this comforting as at our age we might be worried about something and overthink the problem but she was there to answer our question. She didn't have a phone where you press every number and then sit for an hour to get through. Always rang back if she was engaged. She was knowledgeable about her service. Although we got less than expected at the actual auction, it's was a quick process. You knew you had sold and no people messing you about for weeks then backing out. I really can't thank Jo enough for helping us. My only negative is the solicitors I was recommend were actually less than average.

Ray was extremely helpful and very informative throughout the whole process, exactly what he explained was what happened, we sold the house in a 15 minute auction and it sold for 70k more than it was valued at so win win for us and the money was in the bank within 28 days of the auction, we had no legal fees or estate agant fees to pay either as this was included within our agreed package.
