I feel scammed!

I work in the building trade, was asked by the client could I be paid via credit card. Selection and set up was very easy... Took the payment of £6,750 which went through fine.

Now, my money is being held whilst I go through their money laundering protocols... I.D, link bank account to them so they can scrutinise my business and the invoice from where the funds originated! None of the above is a problem but I could of done all of that at the start up phase - reason I never is because that aspect is not written or mentioned.

It makes me feel like they're trying to hold onto my money abit longer in their high interest account whilst their admin team sift through my account, looking for any conceivable excuse to no let me have my funds!

Transparency is key and this feels like a scam.

Thank you for your reply... It doesn't actually cover the main crux of my argument though! Everyone will understand the aml protocol... my issue is the lack of transparency, especially as I called to verify the process and your operative said it'll be 2 business days for funds to be cleared... Surely, that would be a great time to inform me of the impending paperchase? Now your telling me the review takes 2 days... Looking more and more like an interest grab...

Update on the update... Just had the email through to say the verification process is complete and I have access to my funds... WRONG... They've only gone and added a daily transfer limit which'll take me a week to move the balance! Like I said, this is just an interest grab and they're gonna keep your funds for as long poss. BEWARE PPL

Sales 5 stars - Aftersales 1 star! Issues, not our problem

Aftersales - Van has been a lemon and has had numerous faults, now even been recalled. Please be aware that GlobalVans are a broker and wash there hands of any responsibility once the contract is sold to the finance company.

Even when you call, expect to be brushed off straight away. I contacted them, via email, for a callback to discuss an early settlement figure as advised by the finance company...but straight away, the senior management, Carl Davis, responds with unfortunately, we cannot assist you, here's the number of the finance company and the manufacturer, speak with them! This issue has been going on for 18 plus months, why didn't I think of that? A great example of the attitude of large companies! Going in half cocked to pass the buck without actually listening to what is being asked is all too prevalent nowadays and this company is no different!

Sales side was faultless too and would get 5 stars, aftersales, typically, would only get 1 star... Can anyone see a pattern??

Shocking customer service and professionalism! Website states in stock...one week later, I'm having to phone and chase order only to be told there is no stock... Paid for express delivery aswell.... Dropped me right in it... Thanks for that!!

I fortunately had the sense to get out…

I fortunately had the sense to get out from the free signal group before signing up to the premium channel( unlike my friend) as the whole experience is disingenuous!

The signals are hit and miss with a risk reward ratio that wipes out any gains instantly! Yes, trading is risky, and yes, good risk management ensures that the hit is not a lethal one but when the SL is hit so often due to bad trades, it has a devasting effect on not only your account balance but your psychological wellbeing aswell!

Combine that with the subtle false reporting of their own trading, you quickly draw the conclusion that transparency is being censored...WHY? I advise anyone reading this to try before you buy...Don't buy into their subscriber numbers either and use that as a benchmark for success - They have 160k subscribers on the free signal group but on average, only 10k ever read the signals. Yes, lots will have moved over to the premium channel but the percentage for that is on par.

I still continue to monitor my friends premium channel, if for nothing else, the comedy value as he now realises his mistake in signing up to this life changing channel!

Cue the generic response.....

In response your answer... I put all of the above in a message to you and your answer was, "sorry to hear, maybe you'll see improvements sometime if you don't like it right now"

Like I said, disingenuous....

Hey Michael,

1) If you would have stayed with us a bit longer you would've made it back. You can't speak about risk management if you give up after 2 weeks of trading. Our data is based on years, in the long run we are profitable. It might happen that we have a bad week but we always make up for it.

2) We never false report anything, our members have a group chat and we also have a support where everyone could send us if we forgot something or did anything wrong. How are we censoring anything if everyone can just follow our trades and see what is going on.

3) About our subscribers, they are not fake subscribers, if you have a instagram account or twitter account, the engagement is never above 10%. It is not realistic. not sure how this point adds to our signals as well.

Ray and the team were so helpful and approachable, it's almost like you've known them for years! The whole process went ahead with zero problems with Ray keeping us up to date at various stages. Half a delivery, terrible customer service

Contacted the company when part of my delivery was missing. Told it was nothing to do with them and if I wasn't happy I could cancel.

Horrendous customer service guys! Judging by the reviews I'm not the only one with this opinion. Second part is now with me but haven't had a chance to build it yet so standby for update... Cue the Benny Hill music

DON'T DO IT!!

Ordered a bag the end of November, got a pair of mens slippers instead! Zero care given by the customer support team with very few options.

It's now December 24th and guess what... It's still not here! My teenage daughters lip has just hit the floor following the good news...

Do not buy from these people, utterly disgusting the way we have been treated... Lies, deceit and disappointments are all you're actually buying! Now I've got to wait for the refund... Cue the Benny Hill music....

NO SHOW!

Had a booking slot of 8-10am, got a phone call at 10.20am saying they wouldn't be coming because the garage was a driver down, I can re-book for another day! Told them to shove their booking slots...thankfully I didn't pay in advance! The guy on the phone wasn't in the least bothered so a valuable lesson learnt...DO NOT USE!!

I put a cap on my children's tablets…

I put a cap on my children's tablets for their data allowance. I've just received my bill which shows that they have both gone over and the charges are astronomical! Spoken with Vodafone, they've just told me that although I applied them via my app, it was infact, the wrong way to apply them! There is a specific route instead which is via the small circle on the left hand side of the app which allows you access to all your devices and apply the cap!

At no point is there any reference to this method, instead, you are fooled to thinking that you have applied the cap via your accounts normal means. This is a deliberate way to make you or your kids run over their allowances and basically rob you silly! Why else would they have two methods for the same thing on one app?

This is just another bad experience that Vodafone have given me over the last 13 months and if there was an option for no stars on this scale I would pick that!

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR FOLKS AND DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROVIDER
