Cancelled prescription
One of two prescriptions received, although paid for at the same time, had two ring customer service, who told me the order had still not been processed, therefore cancel the order and went to local pharmacy instead, now I have to wait a week to get my money back, even though I went to the same company pharmacy to pick up the rest of the prescription.

We understand your concern regarding the separate delivery of prescriptions, this can happen due to various reasons. If there have been more than 1 prescription issued, they may process through at different times resulting in them being posted separately. Some items may be required to be ordered in, the pharmacy will send out a completed prescription as soon as its ready. It is very likely something on your other prescription requires to be ordered.

We have checked our system and we have located 3 open accounts for you all under a different email address. Having checked these accounts there are no recent order requests we have received. The last request made was in 2025 but it was a rejected request due to your surgery not accepting 3rd party requests.
Please email us at hello@well.co.uk to confirm which email address/account you wish to keep and we can close the others.
If you are urgent need of medication or have run out, please contact your surgery to request an urgent prescription which you can collect locally on this occasion.

There good and it easy to order only thing is they take a bit long to receive meds so I have to reorder earlier it feels like I'm ordering all the time but thankful for the service regardless
