I was really late requesting a repeat…

I was really late requesting a repeat prescription before going on holiday. Unfortunately it had not been processed However, they checked their stock and were able to provide me with my medicine tjere and then. I was very grateful. A big thank you.

Terrible service

They do not help you like they should. You got to wait ages for your prescription to come. When asking for a downloadable code to pick up prescription from pharmacy you get handed to an AI digital assistant that does not help and repeats the same response over and over again.

Not good

Ordered on 5th October but not yet received (15th October). The app, however, has it marked as 'delivered'. Annoyingly it is not possible to phone up to speak to someone.. instead you are directed to an AI chat facility that refers you to an adviser to get back to you ... still waiting though.
