We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Mac at Vodafone. He took the time to genuinely listen to what my husband and I needed, rather than pushing us toward anything unnecessary. It felt like he was focused on finding the right fit for us, not just making a sale.
Mac walked us through the options clearly and helped us put together a bundle that covers both our mobile plans and broadband at a really reasonable price. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

I had an excellent experience today setting up a broadband, SIM card, and phone contract with Nazmim. Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
Nazmim was extremely helpful, very patient, and incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all the options available.
What impressed us the most was that she went above and beyond to help us find the best deal. Instead of just selling us something more expensive, she actually suggested a cheaper broadband option than the one BT had previously offered us, which saved us money.
Her professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to receive service like this nowadays. Thank you, Nazmim, for making the whole process easy and pleasant. You’re a real credit to the company!

Big shout out to Benn in the Swindon branch
Wow can’t express how great the service was today.
Took mum and dad in to Swindon branch to sort out upgrade for my mum and a new contract for my dad.
Big shout out to Benn who took the time to get time to get the best deal he could for them both.
Extremely professional and customer care was top tier.
Great to see a young lad take pride in his job and I’d definitely employ him if he came to me for a job

Opted to take out a new contract and…
Opted to take out a new contract and upgrade to the Samsung 26 Ultra trading in my old device. I did this on Sunday 15th March in store and brought my S24 Ultra back into the Swindon store the following day. I've now had 2 sms messages to say I've not returned my old device as trade in. I spoke with someone on 191 on the 20th March who said not to worry as it was automated. I spoke with someone today (25th March) who said they could find no record of my old device being handed in. After being told I now have to go back to the store to find out what they've done with it, I was put on hold while he got their number, he then cut me off.

Excellent service
Dealing with my phone had always stressed me out and I put off sorting out a new contract after mine ended until it had doubled in price.
I eventually decided to go in and sort it out and they were lovely and understanding despite me being stressed and anxious. Sorted everything out within minutes.
