Out of hours emergency.
My call was answered quickly and I was directed to attend the out of hours vets. As it was a out of hours vets and did not know where to find them I was sent instructions which was very useful. On arrival we was greeted by the receptionist who checked that we had been given instructions on how to get there. We did not have to wait too long to be seen. The vet was very helpful and explained all that was needed. Being out if hours was expensive but I was told from the outset how much the consultation would be and that any medication would be extra so no big surprises. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Boxer dog Alfie
Had to take my boxer dog Alfie last night he was 14 and bleeding from a lump and other problems. The staff were so helpful and so professional. We had to have Alfie put to sleep the whole procedure was done in a fantastic professional manner from all the staff . I can only say what a wonderful place from start to finish . Thank you all so much in our sadness with losing our dog Alfie.

Life Savers
It was such a relief to find a vet open during the night, I don't think our pet would have made it through til morning. The vet and assistant were very welcoming and very gentle and calming with our frightened pet, and the vets assistant even took a video of our pet eating again to show us, which was so kind and reassuring. The cost is insane, but that is not down to the staff who could not have been more caring.

Great help
Although it's really expensive for an out of hours consultation the vet was extremely knowledgeable and really helped to resolve the problems that my pet had.

We have a 12 week old puppy who became very unwell. Took him to our vets emergency cover (vets now lay cross), who were brilliant with him. Thoroughly examined him and gave us quick diagnosis and reassurance. They were able to treat him and he is now fully recovered.

Outstanding service.
My cat (kizzy) was seen very promptly and quickly, upon having a very nasty episode of sickness. I was made to feel at ease from the moment i phoned to the moment i stepped into the practice. I felt very welcomed by the receptionist upon arrival and everyone was so lovely, kind and very helpful indeed. The vet we saw was also great and explained everything clearly. Using the services as a whole, it is so effortless quick and very easy. At every point you are informed of what it will cost you, so there are no hidden surprises. My time spent there was reasonable (40 mintues) and communication from everyone was also great in terms of being kept updated with my cats progress. Keep up all your great work and a big thanks from Kizzy, she says that you are all pawtaskic.
