The staff were very nice and friendly. There were issues with expectations not met that were discussed with staff over the phone. My biggest bug bear was that we bought a car and paid in full and the staff knew we travelled over 1 hour to get there and the tank was completely empty. So I drive it away and within less than a mile I was panicking trying to google the nearest petrol station as the indicator was beeping. I don’t think a a quarter tank of fuel is too
Much to ask when you’ve just handed over £12000. Dropped the ball there on customer care.

They force you to right a good review while at the dealership.
I went to purchase a Van, 16th July 2026
Forced the good review while in the dealership - check my only review on trust pilot 16/07/26
Dispute me having full cash available for the vehicle, the seller encouraged me to take out finance and cancel within 14 days as I quote " I'm worthless as a cash buyer".
I got a measley £250 of the price of the vehicle.
I requested withdrawal from the loan 7 days later and was told to go back to v12 to cancel the loan. After 3 weeks of calling and transferring a total over £13k. £5k cash deposit and the remaining was transferred on the 29th July 2026.They held £8k of my money for 2 weeks. Not cancelling my loan.
Despite multiple agents especially Emily promising me it would be done and should show withing 48 and follow up calls the loan company still took the money out of my account on the 16/08/2026
I called v12 and they said they have done everything I have to call the loan company. I asked can they contact v12 ..."no we have done all we can"
The loan company then confirmed they had only sent the money on Friday 14th August. I sent them the money on the 29th July 2026.
Complete shambles, no after care and typical car dealers who talk alot on the day and don't care about you afterwards.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before reserving a vehicle with this dealership.
I called on Saturday morning regarding a car advertised on their website. I was around 100 miles away and travelling with my 4-year-old son, so I specifically wanted to make sure the car was reserved before making the journey. I was asked to pay a £99 reservation deposit, which I was happy to do, and was given an appointment at 1:30pm.
When I arrived, the first vehicle I had reserved had considerably more wear and tear than expected and, given its mileage and the fact that it was an electric vehicle, I decided it wasn’t the right car for me. The salesperson showed me another vehicle, which had significantly lower mileage and was in much better condition. After test driving both cars, I decided I was interested in the second vehicle.
I then spent considerable time discussing a part exchange and finance/deal with a manager. I was specifically asked, in his words, “What can I do for you to get this car sold today?” We agreed on a deal.
As it was late in the afternoon and the car did not have sufficient battery charge for my 100-mile journey home, I agreed to collect it on Monday. The dealership agreed to reserve the car until Monday. I was then asked for another £99 deposit, despite already having paid £99 that morning. I questioned why the original reservation payment could not simply be transferred to the second vehicle, but was told this was not possible. I reluctantly paid the additional £99 on the understanding that the original £99 would be refunded.
On Sunday, while I was at work and unable to access my phone, the dealership called me several times. When I eventually returned the call, the salesperson told me that the car I had reserved had been sold to somebody else.
I was genuinely shocked. I had travelled 100 miles, spent several hours at the dealership, agreed a deal, paid a reservation deposit and was specifically told the vehicle would be held until Monday.
When I questioned how this could have happened, I was given excuses that I supposedly wasn’t 100% sure about the car and wasn’t keen on it — which is simply not how the situation had been presented to me. When I challenged this, the salesperson hung up the phone.
I tried calling back twice and received no answer.
On Monday morning, I called again before making any further arrangements or travelling anywhere. I was told someone would call me back. At 10:15am there was still no call. I called again and was told they couldn’t transfer me to the dealership but had sent them an email requesting a callback.
At around 11am, I called again and was met with an extremely unhelpful response. I simply wanted confirmation about the reservation I had paid for and the vehicle I had been told was being held for me.
As of now, I have received the refund of the first £99, but the second £99 reservation payment has still not been refunded, despite the vehicle apparently being sold to someone else.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and completely unnecessary. The biggest issue isn’t even that I didn’t purchase the car — it’s the lack of communication, the contradictory information, the way the reservation was handled and, most importantly, the extremely poor attitude when I challenged what had happened.
I travelled 100 miles, spent hours at the dealership, entered into discussions in good faith and paid two reservation deposits based on what I was told. To then be told the car had been sold to someone else, followed by a salesperson hanging up on me, is simply unacceptable.
I will be pursuing the outstanding £99 refund and, if necessary, raising the matter with the appropriate consumer protection bodies.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealership based on the way my reservation and subsequent dealings were handled.

This is the second car I’ve purchased from V12 Sports and Classics Wolverhampton. The process was clear and straightforward, and Sarda was very helpful on both occasions.

Purchased a Tiguan and also took out the warranty. At time of purchase I was told that you can choose your own repairer if they are a VAT registered garage. A week after purchase the car has a fault with travel assist. I called the warranty people to be given a garage in another county a significant distance away from me. I was told I had to take the car there for diagnostics, pay for it and then take it back at a later date for repair if it was covered by the warranty. I explained I was disabled and due to the distance would prefer a local garage. You have to take it to a garage with such a ridiculously low hoirly rate that it's nigh on impossible to find one. They were not interested in my disability so I ended up paying for the repairs out of my own pocket and am currently 2k worse off. Avoid the garage.

Absolute farce - arrived to what can only be described as a house full of headless chickens, absolutely no organisation just complete pandemonium. No one knew what they were doing, I waited close to two hours for a test drive, I was originally speaking to someone, but they said I should talk to someone else?! By the time I was eventually spoken to, the car I wanted to see was already sold! If I could give less stars I would!!

Met Daniel, who showed us round the car in question, he was straight talking and honest to deal with, which is exactly what is needed when buying a car you have saved up for over a long time.
There were a few points to talk about and with a check in with his manager a deal was done.
No additional charges or additions, which was refreshing.
Company A+++
Daniel A++++
Absolutely fantastic service and experience, which made buying a car a pleasure, credit to Daniel on this.
We will be certainly looking at their stock when I renew again.
Thanks again
