We purchased a 1 year old Mercedes from the Hinckley site 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the sales person had not processed the paperwork and so when we arrived to collect our car as arranged it was not ready; dirty and tyre pressures low. No apology was given, the keys were presented and no handover provided. Again disappointing!
A couple of days later we went to put the vehicle on charge to find the charger flap had been broken off and poorly repaired; glue drips on the flap and glue spillage. We emailed Harbinder who advised us to get a quote to replace / repair. This was sent to Harbinder and after sales. After 2 weeks of waiting and several chases, including a visit to Hinckley where the manager told us to ask after sales to escalate, the repair was refused due to it being cosmetic.
We then contacted Citizens Advice who said according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the vehicle should be of satisfactory quality and that as the vehicle is classed as a luxury nearly new car this should be rectified as it wasn’t pointed out at point of sale. Again V12 rejected our request.
Would we buy another vehicle from them? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Would we recommend them to anyone? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
This is a total shame as my partner needs a car soon and the choice is fantastic. Unfortunately the after sales and customer service lets it down. What a shame that something that would cost them @£300 has wasted their administration team time and resulted in a negative review.

Be very mindful of buying a car from this company. I paid a deposit to reserve a car after my test drive. Because I sourced my own finance they then told me that the car had a fault on the battery. I asked them to email me the fault report, they didn’t respond.
I eventually got my deposit back, the following weekend I put the car registration into cartaxcheck .co.uk and found that the car had been V5 registered and taxed two days before they called me to tell me that I couldn’t have the car because of the faulty battery.
My belief is, they sold the car whilst my deposit was still on it because I had taken out my own finance which would mean they wouldn’t make any commission from the finance.
Very very underhand!!!

From walking in the entrance to the garage, help was offered around if we wanted an assistant to walk around with. When looking at a car, a key was provided so that we could look inside and then a test drive was offered. Furqan Lahid came on a test drive with myself in which he was friendly and I asked any questions about the vehicle. I then had a meeting regarding the vehicle in which Furqan answered ang questioned i had.

The team was friendly and attentive during my visit. Hawdung explained optional services clearly, making the process smooth and efficient. I felt valued throughout and comfortable proceeding with the purchase and part exchange.

We was at the site to view a car and was there for almost 3 hours. They use pressure tactics which I called them out on, They keep your driving licence out of the room I asked twice for it back before a 'manager' came in to talk to us about the purchase. Tried to low ball me on my car which I was using as part exchange. Finance they wanted me to have monthly was nearly £400 which I kept refusing. I only purchased my car because I got the price I wanted. I ended getting police involved for items from my vehicle they would not return, magically found them once police got involved. The extended warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on, it is capped at £1K. first week I had to replace the break pads and discs, battery and full service as well. there is a group on facebook dedicated to negative experiences, highly suggest reading that before making any purchase. AVOID
I ended up very pleased with my experience here. Manny was easy to talk to and professional, which made a big difference. During the test drive, he explained things clearly without being patronising or pushy, which helped me feel more comfortable making a decision. The whole process felt straightforward, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I'd be happy to recommend them to others.

Paid a deposit to secure a car, only for V12 to tell me it was broken when I was due to collect — then sell it to someone else behind my back. Absolutely disgraceful!
I recently tried to buy a Tesla Model 3 Performance from V12 Sports & Classics in Hinckley and it was extremely disappointing. On Monday the 19th of October, I was told the car was available. I paid a £99 refundable deposit to secure it, and collection was agreed for Wednesday the 21st of October at midday. I booked annual leave, rearranged meetings, organized child care, and sorted insurance and finance. On Tuesday evening, I was told there was a battery fault, the car was withdrawn from sale and I would be refunded and contacted first once it was fixed. I accepted that in good faith. They never called back. On Thursday I was told the car actually had no fault and had been sold to someone else on Wednesday, the day I was meant to collect it. My deposit was only refunded after I chased. I was able to reclaim my annual leave, but not the time and effort rearranging everything or chasing answers. V12’s own FAQ says a refundable deposit is required to secure the vehicle, yet mine didn’t secure anything. I was actively chasing updates, still willing to buy, and feel seriously misled by the conflicting explanations
Update after V12 reply: I did already contact your customer care team with a detailed account before posting this review and I’ve had no response. I’d genuinely welcome that investigation, but it needs to start with your team replying to the complaint you’ve already received. I hope to hear from you directly soon.

Prior to travelling to your dealership, I explicitly negotiated terms via phone and email. Your sales staff confirmed and agreed to a monthly finance cap of £210 per month, matching the budget of my previous vehicle. Relying entirely on this specific commercial representation, I undertook a 2-hour drive to your showroom to finalise the transaction.
Upon arrival, your dealership engaged in a classic 'bait-and-switch' manoeuvre. The figures were altered without justification, and the price was inflated to an astronomical £451 per month—more than double what was promised.

Easy to arrange an appointment via telephone.
When I arrived the place was bustling, which was reassuring as a busy place is a trustworthy place!!
Did not wait long and was dealing with a smart man called Ashley. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the car I was test driving.
As all car sales, I was offered numerous add ons, but they was no pressure to take them, which I found very reassuring.
I would, and have recommended V12 to friends and family!!!!!
