Shocking

Organisation to book holiday good service but service from hotel manger Ashley very shocking with guest and staff at the hotel we had no hot water coming from our bath no water at all and her comments was rude at least you have shower staff tried letting her no about some rooms that maintenance was sorting and she was rude with staff bed not level small tv hardly working entertainment was really good last night the best of the weekend other than manger and room it was nice

Coventry (Keresley) hotel

Outstanding hotel, trips, and value for money.
Some issues with driver who was unwilling to even discuss with me the fact that I found his music very unpleasant but dealt with well by headquarters.
