Last night, around 12 o´clock I noticed a problem with upgrading AOMEI Backupper Professional and sent an email to AOMEI-customer-support. Already this morning I received a helpful reply from Lanry Lucky solving the issue immediately. Thank you very much!

License Issue after OS rebuild

I had a license issue where the product did not decommission from the previous OS install. The license problem was corrected very quickly after sending an email to support. Very happy with quick resolution of the issue.

Aomei Backup

I'm hoping that Aomei will give me dependable backups for the future to come. The operation to setup was simple and I am using it as we speak. I have had many issues with the previous one I had installed. So far so good. 👍

Excellent support and seamless transition to my new laptop!

I recently bought a new laptop and wanted to transfer my AOMEI Backupper license. I contacted the support team for help, and I received a solution very quickly. Now the software is up and running on my new device!
I would like to give a special thanks to Lanry Lucky for the fast, kind, and friendly support. This is how you treat customers! I highly recommend them.

“Mandatory recurrent payment”

“Mandatory recurrent payment” is an attempt to legalise “unauthorised charges”. Avoid this condition wherever you can! AOMEI (or their agents?) failed even to remind me of their intention to charge me a full year subscription on a product I stopped using after the initial 2-3 months. Luckily my bank declined payment - and AOMEI (to their credit!) disisted immediately. So 0 stars for overpriced and sneaky contract but very good customer service - albeit after complaint!
