I've been working with support team members since the 1980's - often as a user, but more often as a supervisor. I seldom experience the level of technical support Megan Z provided for this ticket. Even though I was asking "newb" questions (some of which I probably could have answered myself w/out troubling them just by looking at the screen more carefully), Megan Z was fast, professional and kind. It doesn't get any better than that.

The solution suggested by Lanry Lucky worked to fix the problem I was having. I was happy to have the problem solved within 24 hours of my original email to AOEMI support site.

They have terrific products as well as customer support! I personally use AnyViewer and Backupper Pro. I was having a problem with some of the Dell software on my Alienware computer and had to go through resetting it several times. Joey A. got me back on track by resetting my license for me because I had to keep re-installing.

Lanry Lucky resolved my issue with the AOMEI Backupper Pro application, that I was not able to use after I reinstalled windows after a hardware disk crash, by resetting my license code in a very swift and good manner so I was able to restore important data files

Just loaded the AEOMI backup software on my PC. I was able to schedule backups of my file system, my system folders and create a seperate job to Archive those files that I'd like to keep long term but dont use daily. I created the Full Backups and waited for the scheduled jobs to run. Each one did with out a hitch. Great Product

It is satisfying to have the security the Aomei gives on this computer. It is the "gold standard" of imaging backups and has saved Jean and me from trouble many times. For fun have tried others, but always come back to the Aomei. It is for us intuitive, fast and totally reliable.

Well, your support person, Lanry Lucky, got back to me quickly and offered sound advice and a series of implementation steps that was excellent. I followed up again and so did Landry offering me another round of clarification regarding the product and where it stands in in comparison of other offerings. All in all, shockingly good support in today's world where you may or may not get response and it may or may not be a competent and professional one. Well done!

I had a license activation issue after resetting my laptop, but Lanry Lucky from the technical support team resolved it very quickly. The communication was professional and the solution worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service and highly recommend AOMEI.

You should inform your customers well that offered prices are offen without any VAT. So in my case I was offered two PAssist with lifetime upgrades for $ 49.95. Finally I have almost paid € 60,-- with VAT included...

With the help of co-pilot I was able to navigate through the backup to find and restore my Music to a different computer. THANKS!

I had a serious problem with uninstalling AOMEI Backupper and then reinstalling a newer version.
My email to ubackup for help was quickly and very helpfully answered by Megan Z, by indicating a helpful web side. By using that information, I could solve the problem by deeply going into the Windows 11 registry.

Last night, around 12 o´clock I noticed a problem with upgrading AOMEI Backupper Professional and sent an email to AOMEI-customer-support. Already this morning I received a helpful reply from Lanry Lucky solving the issue immediately. Thank you very much!
