Great destinations from convenient rural airports. Many staff helping along the way with the dependable transfers and in the resort itself.

All very easy to book everything…

All very easy to book everything online.
Only disappointment was the sudden increase in price after receiving a discount offer for a return to same hotel next year. Needed a few days to clear holiday dates with employers, by which time the cost had risen by almost £600.

Holiday booking @ TUI Heswall…

We have been booking holidays @the TUI Heswall branch since Covid and have had some fantastic holidays with them. We go away about 3 times a year and they have sorted out trips such as Niagara Falls, Xmas river cruises and many places in Europe. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the places giving us advice on what to see, where to go etc. The staff are all very friendly and it's so much easier to book through them than trying to do it ourselves. Every staff member is brilliant and they can give you hints and advice from their own experiences such as when the archeological sites in Kos are open.
