Easy to book, good price and destinations.

Easy to use.

We asked one of the staff in the Shrewsbury store to find us a few holidays that suited our needs and budget .
We were sent 5 options by email and chose a holiday in Crete.
Turned out to be a fantastic hotel and we had a lovely holiday .
We enjoyed it so much that we are going back to the same place next year !

The staff in the store made the experience simple and easy- as always. Friendly and efficient.

My wife & I went in person to the BSE Tui office on Sunday at 2:30. One Tui staff was dealing with customers, the other was on hold dealing with a call, wearing head set. Nether acknowledged us. We waited patiently for 20 minutes, when one asked what we wanted. I explained we wished to book a holiday. We had exactly everything ready, including passports. We were told even though the shop was open till 4:00, there was no time left in the day to book!

I contacted TUI about a holiday I had seen on line and asked them could they check a few things out. I found the young lady I spoke with to be very helpful who came back to me very promptly and professionally answering my queries. Holiday booked thanks to the support we received.

Easy to use the website, and once I'd fully understood all the options, then I managed to book what I wanted at a very fair price. Particularly liked the fact that we could fly from Exeter, and that flights were at a civilised time. I would be very pleased if more destinations could be added.

Tui consultant was very friendly and helped us chose everything we wanted for our holiday.

Staff in TUi are always helpfull and friendly we would never go anywhere else to book a holiday

Made a complaint to TUI on the return of my Holiday received a phone call today saying that they would do absolutely nothing to compensate me for the problems that I had while I was away because I didn’t inform the rep in the hotel. What a joke.

The worst company to ever book with i got food poisoning on hoildays while in dominican republic i spent time in a&e alot peoole in same hotel got food poisoning and TUI wouldnt even give a small voucher noting dont book with them because the hotels they promote 5 star aint 5 star you will get sick and your hoilday will be ruined and they take 0 accountability alot people that stayed in same hotel as me were sick and complained to them you know what excuse they gave could of got food poisoning anywere dunny that when the food you eat is in 5 star hotel you promote laughable for such a big company they sure are scabby and love the blame game so its ok for them take customers money and lie that hotels are 5 star up to standard but when customers get sick they take no accountability what so ever no wonder there so many lawsuits against them!

I wanted to book a specific hotel and just couldn’t do it online,so I went into the travel shop in Ashford Kent, and spoke to a young lady called Emma, she was superb she said not to worry and she went into her computer and woo woo! It’s done she was excellent so helpful.
She also made sure that I had a lift to boarding as I’m disabled with copd and arthritis, her kindness was amazing and so appreciated, I really can’t thank her enough, and I hope by writing this she will get some recognition for being kind and professional

Pricing and add ons were reasonable and activated quickly with very good communication
