Transcash is not safe at all, I regret using it for my salary.
Firstly there are a lot of SCAMMERS who duped people with transcash vouchers, secondly Transcash were unable to stop the unauthorised transaction going on in my account, and lastly my last Salary was trapped in Transcash. I wrote a couple of emails with the response that they are temporarily unavailable and the resumption date will be communicated to me through email or sms, this sound like a scam language. Real business don't operate like this.

Incompetence, I bought your cards and registered and I received a message from you to recharge my account and you will send me my pin code. Almost months I have not received my pin code. I bought 100 euros on my black card. You sent me SMS on telephone to call and get my pin code, when I call no one picks my calls. CAN'T EVEN ACTIVATE
ACTIVATION SERVICE DOWN. DON'T USE!
I have about €300 trapped on vouchers that I can't use because TRANSCASH won't let people activate the black cards for weeks now. Waited for ages on the phone to be told the same information the SMS on the website gives...just that services are down and I'll get an SMS when they're back. Guy on the phone said it's 2 weeks already.
No indication of when activation services will be running again. Dodgy service. Probably been closed down already for being a scam but just don't want to say

Vous ne pouvez pas détenir à votre nom la carte rouge en ayant aussi la carte noire. Furthermore, it is stated on the top-ups to be careful how you use it, it's a prevention message. Procedure in such case is to file a complaint to the police and our services will cooperate.
