I bought my black card but i can't…


I bought my black card but i can't registered in the site. I already contact support and gave me a generic solution. Meanwhile i check the network tab in dev mode and the site gives a 500 error. Is their server but they don't do nothing

Improvement of Customer Service

Customer care service should improve more. you should emphasize more in English language. The employers in Customer service are really unprofessional. They do not know how to help their customers and do not actually understands customers problem.

shit

shit, i have 50 euros on a transcard. i could not use it even in my selected theme, or for withdrawls even tho it said i could, even when i got my pin correct. so i lost 50 euros due to this because im back in england and cannot use it
