Trans cash is designed to aid scamsters and in the middle of an scam when they could help they have systems in place (like tho only way to get your money back is with a transcash card!) to aid the scanners who need a couple of hours and Transcash takes 2-5 days to validate a new account that wants to add 250 euro coupons to their account, and then its limited to two coupons a day. .. it was an expensive $1000 game to learn how to play the hard way, I could have gotten all my money back but all Transcash systems do is give the scammers more time to steal it, which they did the day after I reported the situation to TC.

Certaines personnes malintentionnées publient de fausses petites annonces ou se font passer pour vos proches. Surtout ne pas leur communiquer vos coupons recharge et ne pas les vérifier sur un site internet. Il n’existe aucun site de vérification de « coupons » recharges Transcash.
Useless 50€ voucher
I've paid for their 50€ voucher. I do not live in France = can't have their card. They don't state it anywhere clearly! Now I am stuck with the voucher & can't do anything with it. That is robbery service, must not be allowed to operate in EU.

fraud service. purchased a voucher from a store with 2 transcash cards. after a very buggy account creation, trying to put the voucher i bought, i got told my voucher is invalid. neither the store owner helped and neither transcash. practically a service that steals your money.

Hi Vick, Our services are legitimate and our customer service is always responding to requests like this. If we can help in any sort with a top-up it is done, but depending on the situation (if you shared the code for example) there's nothing our services can do more. You can still write an email to service-client@trans-cash.fr if you encounter any issue using your card !
Scam
Don't buy anything from or related to them if you are outside France, I bought a 100 euro coupon which could only be redeemed if I live in France, this coupon couldn't be redeemed now im 100 euro's lighter.
It is not mentioned anywhere in their website, atleast not clearly.

Hi, to use a Transcash top-up you need to have a card and this card can be bought by anyone with a french residence indeed. Some people buy top-ups for relatives so it is not blocked for France only, it's the card delivery which is.
Scam service, don’t even bother
Save your money and look for another service. This is clearly a scam, I ordered two €100 codes for my son in France and they both didn’t work. When contacting them about this they said that there’s no way they can refund or redo the codes, and they say it’s your fault the codes didn’t work. Save yourself the trouble / money and look for another service

Il est important de garder votre code de rechargement confidentiel et de ne le transmettre à personne et d'avoir une carte Transcash Mastercard pour le recharger.
Nous en profitons pour vous rappeler qu'il n'existe aucun moyen de vérifier la validité d'un coupon. La seule façon d'utiliser votre coupon est de la charger sur votre carte noire Transcash en vous connectant à l'application Transcash Mastercard ou votre espace ""Mon Compte"" accessible depuis notre site internet www.transcash.fr.
Pensez également à vérifier vos capacités de chargement selon la formule que vous avez choisie.

This product and its use both are scam
This product and its use both are scam. To use the card you need to pay money on momthly basis, at lowest plan you cannot take the money out of card. There are litreally 1000's of fees attached jsut to use the card. Its not good.
Prostituts use it for gulliable customers, IF you buy it , do not send picture of reciept with code on it.
