Ordered items via their Amazon store that were supposed to be delivered on the 11th August, to date nothing has appeared and they are not responding to messages sent via Amazon, despite being told to contact them direct by Amazon. The delivery date was then changed on the order to a later date. I have now bought the items from an alternative supplier and am awaiting a response regarding my refund.

Problems now resolved, thank you Kim, Evri was the cause who held onto the order for days making no attempt to deliver it

I recently ordered 2 x Telescopic Bathroom Cleaning Sets, 1 for my home and the other for my static caravan holiday home.
Order was acknowledged and delivered in about 3 days without any hiccups.
Today, I've tried one out for the first time in my static caravan. The bathroom is a really good size, walk-in & fully tiled shower area with bi-fold doors. No restrictions moving round at all.
The product was very easy to put together, exactly as per the instructions, and very simple to operate. I particularly liked the fact that you can easily reach all areas, either close to your body or further away, by simply extending or shortening the telescopic handle. A very easy fix but it helps to prevent over reaching particularly if you're working from a wet, slippery floor. I used 3 parts, the telescopic handle, the hook and loop pad to clean all shower areas and the microfiber noodle mop to buff over the same areas.
The results were impressive on both tiles and glass surfaced and it took a matter of only a few minutes. The head of the pad did flip over a few times but I put that down to operator error, too heavy handed and too much unnecessary pressure so that was easily put right.
I think the overall size of the product will work well in any area and I would expect the results to be the same.
There is only one additional item that I would have liked to see in the set, a handy waterproof storage bag to keep all elements together. A bit like the bags supplied for hoover tools, perhaps.
I'm quite a fussy person and I like to keep all bits for one gadget together. Even though this set only consists of 5 pieces, one piece is sure to go walkabout on it's own one day. The box the set arrived in is sturdy and easy to store but will, undoubtedly get wet and disintegrate.
Highly recommended piece of kit at a very reasonable price. Well worth the effort of buying one.

I've not even received my order yet, because I only made the purchase at 6am on my way to work this morning. By 10.30am I got an evri email saying they'd received my parcel. I only chose the standard delivery option, they must've dispatched it as soon as the warehouse/store opened. I'm really impressed because by the looks of the Google and trustpilot reviews, they're a busy store. I'll update on the quality as soon as my parcel arrives, but so far 10/10

I love all things natural, especially wooden brooms with lovely brown bristles. In fact I have four already. But when I saw one stamped with Dustpan and brush store in my friend's doorway I had to have it. Sadly she wouldn't swap it for one of mine so I had to buy it. Anything stamped is extra special. Just wondering if my friends and relations will be surprised if they get one for Christmas 🎄

I purchased a superb dustpan and brush through Amazon. It arrived the same day and is perfect. A proper metal dustpan with a stiff, wooden, bristle brush. I've tried it on our stairs, and it is exactly what I wanted. No more floppy nylon brushes and falling-apart plastic dustpan. Who knew that a dustpan and brush could be so exciting!

Ordered long handle brush and dustpan, arrived promptly and was well packaged and of good quality would shop there again.

I just bought 3 wire brushes with scraper from Amazon. There was a note inside asking me to write a review. The trouble is that you didn't include any website details and it has taken a bit of perseverance to find it. And then it is asking you to purchase the item before leaving a review - difficult if you've already got it! So do please make things a bit clearer.
Anyway, I am very pleased with my purchase, which I bought for cleaning salt off brickwork. Thank you!

Simply the brush I bought for the patio is the best.
Looking for a brush in supermarkets, in hardware stores, farming stores and garden centres the brushes were too huge yard brushes.too hard like scrubbing brushes. Too springy nylon brushes or too soft indoor brushes. Who would have thought it would be so difficult like Goldilocks to find one that was just right!
I now have the perfect brush from this shop.
Believe me I use it often, sweeping up endless seeds from 5 silver birch trees,

I Purchased a new cleaning trolly for a member of our cleaning staff. She was quite attached to her old one which was held together with all sorts! She wasn't sure how she would feel with the new one but it has turned out to be great. She can get everything she needs on it and has somewhere to hang her water bottle too.
Delivery was great.
