I placed an order for items and after I paid and received confirmation I was contacted with an update of extra charges, which I disputed, as the mistake was theirs not mine. The responses I received were unprofessional and rude. When I received delivery of my order, there was an item missing, I contacted the company regarding this, and Anjelyn replied with an apology, and said she would arrange to send the item out to me, she then contacted me to say the replacement was arrange. I then received an email from Paula, who was very rude, and said there was no replacement being sent out, as they were already out of pocket because of me. I found this very unprofessional, and have had to dispute this issue with my Credit Card company, I will not be purchasing anything from this company again, not because of their goods, but because of the way I was treated by the customer care assistant Paula.

I think that your brooms are excellent, as I bought one recently and it's done its job well

Absolutely outstanding quality purchase, I searched for ages looking for an attachment for a new brush head as the one I had on my new brush had broken in transit. The items (I was expecting just one for the cost, but received 3 ), were robust and ideal for my requirements. Broom handle - product description and specification on website and ebay were inaccurate. 22/23mm turned out to be 24/25mm. Initial response from the company was unhelpful until I referred them to their own website and Ebay listing. They seemed to think it was my fault and threw the burden of return and refund on to me for their misleading adverts/order form. In their favour, delivery was fast and efficient - just wrong

The quality of the product was much better than the traditional mop with wooden handle and the result was a much drier finish and lovely clean floor. Thank you and after trying most of the different types of mops and pads I am sticking with yours. Thank you!

Brilliant Easy Grip sponge cleaning set. I ordered this via Amazon, I have used electric sponge cleaners in the past and they are actually not as strong or easy to manouvre! These are brilliant, you get a handle which attaches to 3 cleaning sponges and they are large but small enough to cover corners and difficult angles in the bathroom or kitchen. I love them and cleaning the bath is significantly easier.

Soo good to buy something British, as soon as I opened it I could see the quality, very well wrapped very easy to put together ( &I am eighty) , plus fast delivery, I rarely rate products but I certainly rate this firm.

Just received my bathroom cleaning set but the head slides in but won't lock please advise

Just recieved my long handled dustpan and brush set. It is well made, easy to assemble with clear instructions.
It is is comfitable to use, without bending!

I haven't used the dustpan and brush or brooms yet but they do seem excellent quality. Good to have a metal dustpan

I ordered Dry Floor Cleaning Wipes for Static Floor Mops from this company via B&Q. They are just as good if not better than Flash dry wipes and are slightly bigger. This is my second order which was despatched using Evri who I cannot fault. Kept up to date re free very fast delivery. I will be back. Thank you.

Excellent service and products - I have ordered many times with The Dustpan and Brush Store and their products are so practical and unique and the service is exceptional. Ordering is easy and deliveries are so quick and organised, I cannot speak highly enough of this customer and staff! Superb.

Avoid this seller. Seller uses EVRI and when EVRI don't deliver the company is unwilling to help. I ordered from the seller on 2nd March and seller allegedly dispatched the item the same day. EVRI tracking shows they received the item on Thursday 5th. Item has remained at the delivery hub ever since. Seller keeps apologising thinking that this will solve the problem. Seller needs to realise apologising only aggravates the problem. This company should be avoided until they change courier.
