Great service from Jack — he went above and beyond to help me get my order sorted and he’s definitely a credit to your team! The only thing I’d improve is the way the trims were delivered, as they all came mixed together and quite a few were loose, which made them a bit of a pain to sort through. Other than that, really happy!

I started using Pro Tiler Tools from around July / Aug 2025 and spent £730 in the space of those few months. Which I appreciate isn’t thousands, but is still a hit for a new customer.
Recently, I received an incredibly bent tile trim and when I raised this with Luke on their live chat function, he kindly said he’d refund. Nothing further, happy days.
Chased the refund today as heard no confirmation of the refund being processed and they started the whole process of “send me pictures” and “we need the product back”.
This wasn’t mentioned in the previous chat with Luke! The trim got binned as it was absolutely shot to sh** and never asked for it back. And yet now they’ve moved the goal posts, not honouring their original promise of a refund.
Absolute cowboys so will be claiming a chargeback.

The delivery and service was great. The tile cutter was practically useless. It didn't cut my tiles.
I was able to order this online even though it was out of stock. It is a fab gadget and the pointing is in the wall instead of all over the ground 😊
Charged me for item and I paid for next day delivery for item not in stock. It did not arrive the next day and when I called them, they said it should have arrived. Then they checked the system and said in fact I did not have the item (as I knew) and it would arrive next week. That was going to be too late for my project, so I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They sent the item anyway and did not issue a refund. I cannot even use the item as there was no use for it in my project as it was coming too late. They sent couriers to collect the item again as I said I could not use it. They didn't tell me when the couriers were coming so missed them and they said they'll have to charge to send more couriers. I will assist them in getting the item back however it is not my responsibility to have this large item I asked to be cancelled collected again for them. They should issue a refund immediately when I cancelled the order in the first place due to the item being out of stock. Instead they still sent the order, did not issue a refund and have put the responsibility on me to have the item collected again.
Called customer service and they said theyll have to charge me to send another courier but they would issue a refund. I am still waiting. They did not issue a refund. absolute SCAM to charge a customer for an item not in stock when I paid for next day delivery. Then send the item still when I asked them to cancel it and not issue a refund.
Purchased online through a safari search for the Ditra PS self adhesive uncoupling membrane. Placed an order with Pro Tiler Tools ,the transaction was smoothly processed and hey presto my goods arrived on the day specified. Can’t find anything negative about my purchase. A+****

Disappointed. I placed my order on a Tuesday. The order arrived in three different parts on three different days. The last part arrived the following Monday.
