Chose TDS over MyDeposits due to better customer service
I’ve been with MyDeposits as a Landlord for over a decade, but their recent migration to the Total Property platform has been a disaster. Almost all of my DPC records have disappeared, apart from one isolated record from 16 years ago. The phone pickup for MyDeposits was extremely long - presumably because many other customers were experiencing the same issues - and when I finally got through, they were unable to resolve the problem.
I then tried TDS, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. My call was answered quickly, and call operator Linda Cadden was outstanding from start to finish. She was responsive, patient, persistent, and determined to resolve an issue I’d made when initially registering. How refreshing! First-class customer service. I'm now signed up with TDS and won’t be going back to MyDeposits.

I'd like to mention Julie, I think that was her name, we spoke initially but the line dropped out. However she phoned back to apologise, very nice after care treatment.
