The first lady I spoke to on this line unfortunately didn’t manage to resolve the problem of connecting my email address to the correct to the right account. I had to call back again for more support, and this time I spoke to Shereen. She did an amazing job of getting everything sorted for me, and was very efficient and friendly and helpful. Her customer service support was outstanding, and all of the issues I was having with my account were quickly resolved.

Lynn was incredibly helpful while trying to sort out my mother’s deposit at an assisted living residence including a move from one Appartment to another, return of deposit and new deposit etc. So pleasant to deal with and reassuring there is someone helpful a phone call away.

I was greeted on the phone by a lovely lady Lynn who was so helpful and gave me great advice on what I needed to do.
They are definitely a costumer based focus group as I was nervous before calling incase they didn’t really care to what I had to say as a tenant and not the landlord but I was completely proven wrong by this. Lynn is a lovely woman I left the call feeling a lot better than I did before calling.

I spoke with Jodi Majury today at TDS who kindly assisted me regarding my deposit being returned. Jodi was very helpful and I would like to thank her for professionalism and her courtesy.

I rang TDS to make a general enquiry. It was refreshing to be greeted by a person and not a machine! I was speaking to a lady called Carys and she was most helpful and explained things very clearly and assured me to call back if I needed further assistance.
