Such a warm and thoughtful experience from start to finish. After placing our order, we were kindly sent swatches to make sure we were completely happy with the colour and fabric—such a considerate touch. The ties themselves are absolutely beautiful, presented in elegant packaging and accompanied by a sweet token that made it feel extra special. We also appreciated the follow-up message confirming our order and checking in to ensure everything was just right. Truly impressed by the care and attention.

The ties and pocket squares we bought were perfect. I loved that you could order fabric samples before ordering the ties to make sure they matched our bridesmaids. Communication from Swagger and Swoon was great throughout the ordering process and the ties arrives earlier than I expected. Great service all round.

What an incredible service! From start to finish, Swagger and swoon was a wonderful experience. I ordered swatches and was contacted by Gemma to check in. She was quick to provide further support and send out more swatches to help me find the perfect colour. We ordered child dickie bows and an adult tie. They were quick to arrive and the quality was incredible. I was also in contact with George who again was quick with responses and extremely helpful. I have been blown away by their customer service and the quality of their products. I would 100% recommend.

As father of the bride, I had ordered a tie and matching pocket square from a different supplier and after having waited 6 weeks and been fobbed off, I reached out to Swagger & Swoon to help. They couldn't have been more helpful. Once ordered, they kept me informed throughout and the delivery came through in plenty of time and the quality of both the tie and pocket square were excellent.

The most incredible customer service I’ve ever received! From the minute I placed an order, I had an advisor reach out confirming the order and asking if I’d like a sample first to ensure I’m happy before committing to buying. The sample arrived within 2 days and I was happy to proceed with the order. The tie arrived well in advance of the wedding date ( though the matching pocket square was sold out, I was shown alternatives and refunded very quickly for this). The quality of the tie was really good. The service and quality received and having someone reach out and check in every step of the way really helped making it a seamless process. Will be my go-to vendor for buying ties going forward. Cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service from when the order was purchased right through until after the wedding when we received an email to congratulate us and provide well wishes. The tie & pocket squares I ordered were excellent quality and I would highly recommend for anyone to order from this website as I certainly would do for future events. We even received some love heart sweets with our order which was a lovely touch - thank you!

From seeing their vast selection of colour ranges on Facebook, to their support in getting the right colour match which included going above and beyond in sending alternative swatches when some that I’d chosen weren’t available in both tie and cravat, and their friendly and efficient service. Great service. When I couldnt find the correct colour tie for a wedding, they sent me more swatches, until I found the best one. Fast delivery despite me leaving it late.

I can highly recommend. I tried to match my bridesmaids dress colour to some ties and after ordering samples of every company I didn’t get anywhere. Swagger & Swoon were extremely helpful and kept us updated about the delivery of our order. We were a bit tight for time and they made every effort to ensure we had our ties. The text messaging service was especially good and friendly . The groom’s tie and pocket square were really beautiful. Having inexpensive swatches to help colour matching meant we could order with confidence. All in all - a fantastic company!

As all the other reviews, cant recommend this company enough. Very satisfied with items purchased, ties, pocket squares and ribbon. Several good sized samples were sent for colour matching purposes which have proved very useful. we also had a custom made pocket square for my 5 year old Grandson which was lovely.
Excellent customer service and follow up communication all through the process, really stands out from other companies I have dealt with whilst planning our wedding. Some big names amongst them who should take note!

I cannot fault swagger and swoon at all from first ordering my grooms tie set. To then be contacted to see if I wanted some free swatches sent out which was amazing. I will be ordering all my ties for my wedding next year ☺️

Amazing company. Fantastic customer service. George was so helpful, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. George matched everything for us. We had the men’s ties, table runner and napkin holders all to match the bridesmaid dresses. Everything was a perfect match and really good quality. I can highly recommend Swagger & Swoon!
