Three awful deliveries in a row
I’ve had three deliveries in a row go wrong, all sent via Evri, which is incredibly disappointing for a retailer like Superdrug.
The first order arrived with items smashed. The second order was lost altogether. Superdrug then sent a replacement, which was also lost.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that the original orders contained pharmacy items. When Superdrug arranged the replacements, they told me the pharmacy items couldn’t be included, so I was left without them altogether.
For orders containing medication, this simply isn’t good enough. After three consecutive delivery failures, I would have expected Superdrug to either use an alternative courier or find another way to ensure I received the items.
The continued use of Evri despite these repeated issues is really disappointing, and the overall customer service left me feeling that there was very little urgency or flexibility in resolving the problem.

Beware!!
Beware!!! I bought goods through their website and when it finally arrived and I had to pay to pick it up from the post office as the sender had put insufficient postage on it. On contacting superdrug, they informed me that though I bought it through their website, it was actually one of their 'marketplace' items and, even though they profit from acting as an agent, they bear absolutely no responsibility for anything to do with the purchase! I think the law needs changing asap to protect customers, but in the meantime, beware of buying from their 'marketplace'!!

I've been coming to Aisha at the Town Centre Superdrug for the past three years, and she never disappoints! She is always so professional, friendly, and welcoming, and she does an amazing job with my eyebrows every single time.
