I was confused and about to just leave until a lady called Alexandra asked if I was alright. I wasn't even sure what I needed but she listened and then took me to the product she had Identified I was after. She took the time to discuss the product and highlighted featured of it to help me make an informed decision. Really enjoyed that wee experience, and I hate shopping.

The Tonbridge retail park store, Amarney-Rose… you have INCREDIBLE customer service. Not only did you have patience with me for over an hour of smelling different fragrances to find the one I liked, you were kind and funny, made it feel like we were friends rather than me shopping. You go above and beyond for your store and they should be proud to have you working there.

David, one of the pharmacists, was so helpful to me on different occasions. He was also very empathic despite being very busy and he made me feel very welcome.
