I could not fault the customer service…
I could not fault the customer service I received in the Gainsborough store today. Firstly a massive thank you to Sharon who assisted this clueless ‘I don’t really wear make up’ woman and advised on how to get the most out of a few of the products and gave me enough space to choose and explore the ranges. I then spoke to an assistant as I wanted some make up remover - advised me on a gentle product for me and my daughter for sensitive skin and the assistant at the till was also extremely helpful (Marie and Tina). Overall, I came away knowing that it’s the best place to get down to earth advice that doesn’t feel like you’re just been sold a product! Thank you ladies!
