Spotify is taking over €10 per month out of my bank but still has me only on "free plan" access. This is outrageous!

What a despicable app, despite being number 1 in the world with billions of users paying 10euros at least per month they had the audacity to raise the price ! I don't care anymore I won't pay this AVERAGE application .I hope the CEo gets fired and all his board .Greedy peasants. Put as many advertisements as you wish,you are barely worth 5€ /month .Overrated af.
Difficult Processes & Inaccurate Charges
Recently wanted to change my country on Spotify as I moved and the advisor tried but their "seniors" couldn't be bothered so they used templates and closed my case down. I needed to be charged adequately for the country I am in without leaving and rejoining. It appears that's the only option here. I will look into options elsewhere, plenty of choice!

I love Spotify, but in light of the recent price increase would like to point out that for around 30% of our sound base, the lyrics are either not synced or not available. Most of these songs are older than 10 years old, not acceptable SPOTIFY. sort your s**tout!

I was very keen on Spotify and upgraded to Premium but then could not play my songs on my mobile phone so I cancelled Premium. But now I have to endure rubbish like adverts every 15 seconds.

I was shocked today as I went to my account to find I was unable to change my password, in fact I was blocked from doing this at all! How can I be blocked. Well it's clear that Spotify is not secure. I am now looking at moving away from this service. I will be removing my payment details today. I will also be writing to my MP requesting that he look into the online security of Spotify.

Really poor support. The options do not include speaking to a human. The other options e.g. Facebook i used takes ages for a response. Gaps off around 10 minutes on each exchange. You cannot upgrade via the app and been unable to do it via their other methods. Very poor
