Ordered a pair of Asics Superblast 2 which were reduced. Received an email to say they had been shipped, then an email to say delivery had been delayed and then nothing … Chased it up a week later and customer service were very helpful. They offered to send another pair but unfortunately none remained in stock. They then suggested a like-for-like pair but I wasn’t keen so I asked for a refund, which was quickly processed. However, I never actually ended up with the product I ordered. How an order which costs £4.99 for delivery can just go missing I don’t understand. Would I order from them again? Probably not.

Excellent shop had 2 orders this week 1 delivered by royal mail witch was 100% other evri witch was a bit of a pain as delivery time kept changing and if not home they sometimes leave in a place where is easy seen and not my safe place.

SportsShoes.com are fine - never had an issue - but their default delivery service seems to be Evri, and they are hopeless. Unable to to stick to the delivery schedule, and as a result, I still don't have my order.

I had an issue with a pair of trail runners that were coming apart in the same place. Although they were just inside warranty, what I thought was a fault was deemed wear and tear. Although initially disappointed, Angela at SportShoes.com went out of her way to help and as a gesture of goodwill, they gave me credit to purchase a new pair of trail running shoes. This is the second time in a few years that I have been helped out by this company, so it will remain my first port of call for shoes and outdoor gear in the future. Many thanks
