What made my experience great was the size estimating tool. I logged my on cloud size and they recommended a Hoka size 8. To my surprise, it was a perfect fit! Thank you so much.

Poor choice of courier
The problem that you have is in your choice of courier. Evri told me that had delivered my shoes and even sent a picture as verification. The problem was that my parcel was sitting outside someone else's house on the door step. Evri is poor and have lost an order of mine before and have no customer contact number to sort problems out. You get a zero from me because of your choice of courier.

Excellent service from SportsShoes.com. My order arrived quickly and in good condition. It didn't fit and while there was nothing inside the packaging to tell me how to return for an exchange the information was easy to find online and the process was straightforward. My exchange was dispatched as soon as my return was posted and I received a message from a chap called Kelvin confirming this was so. Again it arrived very quickly and well packed. I'm happy with my purchase and with the service.

Have to admit, can’t fault you. First time using sportshoes.com. Had the size I was looking for in the colour I wanted. Delivery said it wasn’t going to be here till Monday which was going to be more than the 48hrs stated but Royal Mail had them here on Saturday morning which was excellent
