Very professional service from Specsavers in Streatham
Very professional service from opticians who looked after me while I was there with my eye examination to eye test to John who looked after me once I choose my 2 new pairs of glasses.

It was hard work
It was hard work. A lot of conflict. I even had to ask to see a manager twice, but never got to see the manager. Shouldn't have gone to Specsavers..

I have had trouble for a while getting…
I have had trouble for a while getting a good prescription for my driving glasses. I had to send back my glasses 3 times as the prescription wasn't right.
It was tweeted to an older prescription l had which is better but still not as good as it could be
I was told had early stage cataracts growing on both of my eyes.so this hasn't helped.
I'm still not really please with my eye care.

My eye check up and assessment was at all stages of the process excellent and efficient.
Courteous staff throughout the Walsall Branch of Specsavers.
In particular Sana my Optometrist was very informative and answered all my queries . Very impressed.

It was my third eye testing
It was my third eye testing, but first one with Specsavers within 6months. It was the best eye testing experience. My optician Ridhi listened to my concerns. I couldn’t see clearly or read despite the new glasses. I cannot thank enough Optician Ridhi who havw me the correct prescription for my glasses which i had it done at Specsavers. I was so pleased to have my clear vision. I wear this pair everyday and not needed any adjustment. Thanks to the staff helping me choose the right lenses. Speacsavers Opticians are the best expert professionals for my family.
