Specsavers have an option… do something good like stop using Whistl who are destroying people’s lives at the Astley Warehouse site. Change your delivery company and show Corporate Social Responsibility. Until you do I’m going to a rival brand and will explain why to others who I know use you frequently.

I have been using Specsavers for over 10 years both for NHS hearing aids and glasses. I have always been treated with respect and found the whole experience better than have to book a GP or hospital appointment.

Excellent service when I picked up my new glasses .

went to Spec Savers in Sainsburys in Springfield Chelmsford Essex, because I was concerned about my left eye. I had on two occasions had moving coloured shapes in my eye and almost lost the vision for about 40 mins! I was really worried when I arrived for my appointment and the first few staff that I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful! I was then seen by the Optician who was called Jessica not sure of the surname. When I went in she was very robot like and seemed like she was reading from a script in a very sing song voice! I then asked her about the tests the young lad had done on me before I saw her and she turned to me and said "I have literally just sat down!" I was shocked so said "pardon" and she repeated it again! I found this so rude as she could have voiced it in a different way, as she could see by my notes that I was anxious about my eye! She really shouldn't have a job of this nature who certainly hasn't got any empathy! If I do visit again as spend a lot of money on glasses in there I will be requesting that I do not see her! If she did go to Charm School she needs to sue them!!

Comprehensive eye check minimum waiting time

Fuming rung and booked a home visit was told tween 12 and 4 .i rung st 3 to check got told they couldn't make it .now ive sat here all day for nothing no call no reason why nothing I won't b using again

Specs are fine. Met delivery with first pair but second pair left on doorstep in full view of street. Just as well the rain came after I got home.

my review for my hearing aid is now needed its been 3 yrs , but stretford branch have now moved even further away , i took my letter to wythenshawe where some of my family go , very hostile mandy approached me she is not in good job for dealing with public never want to walk into there again too abrupt and on her high horse she told me to go to my doctors and change my specsavers branch there she has put me off going nowhere in specsavers again but if i write this down i know i have to go and sort my hearing is important i,m calling my branch that was and change it to near by this would definatley put older people off help i,m 72 next birthday its awful if theres somewhere esle to go other that is the one to go

All the staff at Stafford Specsavers are very friendly and helpful and the eye test procedure was very comfortable and straightforward.
