Good customer service

I’m just at Specsavers and have been looked after by various staff members and it’s been such a lovely experience
all the staff are so helpful and friendly in particular Ahmed who was amazing and is an absolute asset to the business x the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming and it’s a pleasure to spend time there
Thanks to the team there and I’m looking forward to my next visit x

Always a fantastic service here, never feel rushed and so helpful when making choices. Staff are all lovely. And you also have the added bonus of ample parking nearby great for less able bodies folk.

My glasses are awful. They are slanted on my face and the arms are far too long, yet so tight on my head that I get a headache. If I rest my head back on the sofa my glasses fall off! It even happened when I was driving so I can’t wear them in the car now. I am squinting to read too, so I have reverted to my old pair for reading. I was told to give it a couple of weeks to get used to them but they are rubbish.

Very disappointed with my experience when I was buying glasses, felt very rushed and not great customer service.

Went to reglaze sunglasses and order new reactolights, assistant was totally unhelpful, lacking in basic product knowledge and unaware of offers.

It was explained what glasses I needed but when I went to collect them, they were not right and I couldn't see anything, I was then told I would have to pay to get them corrected

Lovely staff from start to finish - polite, friendly, helpful and informative

I was seen bang on time and dealt with very quickly. My new glasses were a great fit needing no adjustments. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service!

Great service all round. In-depth eye test, all options discussed, help given with purchasing new glasses including prescription sunglasses (game changer)

Fantastic service! Good choice of frames, style& price. They turned them around pretty quick and in no time at all walked out with good sight. Thank goodness as I have lost my original pair!!!!!

I’ve been going to Specsavers in Armthorpe for several years as the service is always excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the selection of frames (at all prices) is good.

Well known company, brand you can trust, price was great, quality of cheapest frame is great, this would be a 5*'s if the the website was slightly better designed, how about if we can upload a copy of our prescription, your people review it before processing.
