Avoid if at all possible.

I hope to never experience the dreadful experience I found in utilizing this service. It is virtually an extortion tactic where they hold your initial purchase until you comply to pay their extraneous fee. The fee you pay to their company is almost the same as the payment for your flight, and if you were allowed to cancel your flight before confirmation and receive money back, I find it hard to believe that there is a person out there that would stick with this company. I was extorted, don’t allow yourself to have the same thing happen to you.

Nicole was very helpful. He sent my boarding passes quickly and he was friendly.

Feedback for the company, please send customers email periodically to let us know what the next steps are and what yo look for in our email. My flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning and I hadn't received any information as to boarding passes or when I'll receive them. I called last week because I hadn't heard anything and the customer service rep stated I would receive my boarding passes 24 hrs prior to boarding but I hadn't seen anything so that's why I called again. Please refine your communication process for more effective experience for us.
