If I could rate it zero I would. I paid $1300 this morning. Seven hours later they call and tell me they cannot honor the reservation but require $600 more! When I said no they initially refused to cancel without a $100 fee! They wanted to charge ME for their cancellation. Worst travel company on the planet and dishonest. Do NOT book online with them. Not worth the hassle to deal with the bait and switch.

Excellent after sales service . Riana Merchant went out of her way to be extremely emphatic , caring and understanding.
She was kind enough to even get the check in done on our behalf that too voluntarily after getting our reservation confirmation issue resolved with the airline.

Tim was very helpful in finding tickets…
Tim was very helpful in finding tickets for me. What is posted on the website does not reflect the actual price you are quoted. It's usually about 20% higher. Tim and I were on the phone for about an hour but in the end he succeeded in booking 3 tickets for me. I wish the process was more streamlined with the ticketing department. Every time Tim offered me something he had to get approved and that takes time, hence the hour long booking. Also, E-tickets should be processed quicker so that the customer is not waiting, wondering if everything is OK. Thank you Tim! I appreciate your time and patience.

My daughter booked a flight for March…
My daughter booked a flight for March of 2027 and within hours of booking an agent called claiming that the seats they choose are not available and they needed to charge extra $$ and change their seats they currently had booked. These are seats they already paid an additional $650 for so that they could all sit together. In my original review I stated that they called and said the flight was overbooked, cheapticketsdeal.com replied back that the flight wasn’t overbooked only the seats which were confirmed were overbooked.
In that case shouldn’t they have offered a free upgrade? Not try to charge them additional money?
So I have revised my review to correct that they stated the seats were overbooked not the flight.
Regardless to say…seems very sketchy to say the least. After receiving the phone call, considering their options and concerns about the amount of money with scams happening these days they decided to request a refund and will be purchasing directly through the airline.
I would not use this site but if you do, proceed with caution and await that phone call.
Extremely frustrating…

The customer was given time to consider the option and was advised she could call back after making a decision. She ultimately chose not to proceed and requested cancellation.
While we understand that a fare change can be frustrating, our records do not indicate that the flight was overbooked or that the customer was pressured into making an immediate payment. The reservation remained subject to airline availability and pricing.
We hope this provides some clarification.

Saved well over 50% over published airline prices for my family of 6 to Cabo during Christmas season. Hazel was was terrific provided excellent customer service and follow up,
