Annoying that I can't give less than one star, I've never been a gambling man but during the England vs Norway match I did used skybet for the 1st time ever. I signed up and received the confirmation email saying was good to go. I then received the free £31. I made a few bets I lost two and won two. When I went to retrieve the funds I got an email saying my account was suspended. Since then the website is constantly facing "issues which can't be resolved right now". This is just a con, I would strongly advise anyone reading this to never use skybet. This experience has taught me that gambling site like this are absolute trash.

4 stars for now but really enjoyed the website the games I deposit 400 won 4 k and withdrawal , deposit another 1 k and won 30 k and withdraw so I have big withdraw that was pending on Apple Pay it’s not pending anymore but for now I don’t see it on my bank account so I will update but if I get it fast then defenetely putting 5 stars amazing wins haha 😅 **** update my rating is now at 2 stars it’s been 4 days so sign of my 20 + withdraw and no proper answer on why it’s still not on my account as my account was verified at least 6 month ago their shouldn’t be a problem with withdraw so kind of dissapointed but will update my review ! Something I don’t like is fighting to get my winnings ! It’s already hard enought to win final update I got my money after one week it was a bit complicated but not all their fault my card was rejected then I needed to provide my bank details and took a week to be treated but all good at then end so defenetelly legit casino

Excellent customer service on the live chat dealt with my problem instantly cant beat this casino for being genuine fair game play no false robbing or funny withdrawals

This app is now useless. Real time betting just cannot work. Why aren't they fixing this app?So so slow, laggy, un responsive... Surely they are aware of the issues. It's horrendous

No RTP with this company people. tried many slots , different days and times and weeks, all loss no wins at all, if your going on slots on sky bet and brothers betfair and paddy power, save your money or give it to charity. xx

My account was suspended because i asked a question,i refused to give my mothers maiden name.
My user name and password was not enough for customer service to continue my account.
Was never asked for my mothers maiden name when putting money in my Sky Bet account.
I lost £20 in free bets and couldnt access any bets at this time due to this issue.
Lack of understanding by customer service made me close my account with Sky Bet.
Who have not returned the money in my account which i had at this time.
Poor service, AI chat is not adequate at certain times have the art of speaking or talking to customers dissapeared.

Awful awful customer service. Mainly they're security team who you can't contact and do nothing. They closed my account and have hid my money for me for 2 weeks. No update or anything. Avoid using skybet

I have been a customer with Sky Bet for many years but the experience has gotten worse since the introduction of the new app.It is almost impossible to place a bet...the app simply does not react to your instructions. The screen freezes...you have to log out and then log back in or even better,uninstall and then reinstall.
Still doesn't work. Not fit for purpose. Yes,I have contacted Customer services...no help whatsoever.

Bad assistance no fun everything same all the time

I deposited 10 gbp to give Sky bet a try. They gave you the bonus, let you bet but I couldn't withdraw money, not even the 10 GBP according to their "net deposit policy" (only withdraw the amount you have deposited first) . When asked, they keep blaming my card company saying there is a card reverse payment (card not accepting the payout). I checked but could not find any record of payment to my card or any reverse payment. They don't look at their side. I wonder if they deliberately set it like this, hard to withdraw.
