I have been a customer with Sky Bet for many years but the experience has gotten worse since the introduction of the new app.It is almost impossible to place a bet...the app simply does not react to your instructions. The screen freezes...you have to log out and then log back in or even better,uninstall and then reinstall.
Still doesn't work. Not fit for purpose. Yes,I have contacted Customer services...no help whatsoever.

I deposited 10 gbp to give Sky bet a try. They gave you the bonus, let you bet but I couldn't withdraw money, not even the 10 GBP according to their "net deposit policy" (only withdraw the amount you have deposited first) . When asked, they keep blaming my card company saying there is a card reverse payment (card not accepting the payout). I checked but could not find any record of payment to my card or any reverse payment. They don't look at their side. I wonder if they deliberately set it like this, hard to withdraw.

Rule 4 No other betting companies have this rule just the crooks!

I contacted the team to request for a full account deletion and the staff member that attended me was polite and quick.

I had a problem with a promotion bet, I contacted Sky by virtual (Vara) to help me. The person did in quick time & explained to me in easy detail

I’ve been with Skybet longer than I can remember, they have changed, do a multi bet now they don’t put up all the stats. the cash out doesn’t always work you can press it 3 times then it’s less than u wanted to cash out and it isn’t to do with WiFi as I’m at home, I recently won £300 -£400 paid for my bet on Apple Pay had loads of trouble as the money did not go in my sky bet account, took ages to sought out, complained got my money eventually, now multi bets on showing shots on goal and corners, no cards stats even though it’s in my bet

used the chat due to issues with logging on - literally sorted in minutes - probably the best and quickest chat bot /customer service chat have ever used

I contacted Sky Sports asking why you never win on the daily spin feature instead of responding like decent human beings they decided to withdraw this feature from me entirely what a bunch of pathetic people they are,

You was given a chance when I phoned to inquire why?

And was told the Promotion team have made the decision and it can't be overturned,

Fair play, NOT, so I deleted my account and took my business elsewhere

Very disappointing experience with Sky Bet from a loyal customer.

I attempted to place a £200 bet late at night and was prompted to deposit funds. The green button clearly stated words to the effect of “Deposit to place £200 bet”, which reasonably led me to believe that once I completed the deposit, the bet would be placed.

I completed the deposit and went to bed believing the bet had gone through. I later discovered the bet had not been placed at all. When I contacted Sky Bet and provided the context, including the fact that the wording on the deposit button was misleading, they refused to honour the bet or offer any meaningful resolution.

What makes this more frustrating is that the bet was not fully settled at the time I realised there was an issue, so this was not simply a case of trying to claim after a guaranteed result. My concern is the user journey and wording, which I believe was unclear and misleading.

After their response, I decided to close my account. I would expect a major betting company to take more responsibility when their interface causes confusion around deposits and bet placement.

They are fabulous people and even when I difficulty they're there for me.
Their customer service is excellent. I also resolved a problem pretty quickly.

Ive just had problems wirh my promotion and the call handler gnesh sorted it out efficiently the speed was excellent... and I love playing games here too ... give it a whirl you will not be disappointed... play today win big

Do not use this site! Have used them for years until today! Suspended the cash out option for 20mins whilst all my bets were clearly winning. I have never ever seen a suspended cash out for over 5mins, yet alone 20mins. Ridiculous! I will never use Sky Bet again #ClearCheats

I've put one star because I can't go lower, costumer service is just a joke, and whatever they promise is just a 100% lies. The worst bet store you can go.
