Ticket turned over and expected to pay…

Ticket turned over and expected to pay £100 even though evidence provided of valid ticket, they reduced the fine to £20 which i reluctantly agreed to pay, but when entering my reference to pay it’s said invalid, I reached out 3 times and got not response at all, untill AFTER 14 days, 22 to be exsact, giving me the correct ref and again expecting me to pay £100 I still have not paid this fine and I will continue to refuse to pay, avoid these car parks at all costs

But on the 08 december, the ticket was on the board and overturned when locking back my car. this company request me to pay £100, despite appealling with evidence of the valid ticket. Total scam

Total scam, they cover themselves with well worded emails but be aware, they will scam you. They cost us $175 NZ for 2hrs parking and are based off shore so untouchable and are hitting kiwis big time.

Extremely rude staff - don’t use

We called to say we’d arrived back in the arrivals area with our luggage - just like it says to do on the card they provided. I was then told I’ll need to wait up to an hour because of traffic. When I asked if I could make my own way to my own vehicle and collect it, they said no. I tried to challenge this poor service and the persons attitude and he hung up on me. Disgusting customer service!! Will never use again!

Shambolic

When booking they don't tell you that you have to pay for short stay parking at Manchester for both drop off and collection.

On return I was told to expect a 45 minute delay due to traffic.

Moral of the story, pay for the official parking and avoid these jokers like the plague.

Avoid at all costs!!

If I could rate Secure Parking a negative or Zero, I gladly would. The most unorganized and pathetically managed parking organization you will ever come across who don’t care about their long term customers at all. I had parked at the same car park for over 5 years each and every day. Today I find out when I was unable to book that Secure ceased managing this facility 4 days ago! No email to regular customers or no notification at all - NOTHING! An absolute disgrace and I will NEVER again park at a secure parking. At least Wilson Parking knows how to manage their customers and would never allow such pathetic service!

SCAM - UK

SCAM

I paid the fine on the day online

I then raised an appeal which they rejected and I accepted (noting on my original note that I had already paid the fine)

They then continued to send a letter to my home about the same fine when this was paid online on that same day.

They're either trying to scam me out of further monies or need to have a better system and track payments better.
This is an absolute ridiculous service.
I have tried to even call and can't even get through to someone and have even emailed back and not heard a response.

This is not a company I would use.

On 6/29/24 at 10:57 am, I parked in the Third Ward Lot managed by secure parking. I paid through the app for the quoted amount $23, followed all the prompts. I was ticketed at 12:43pm, I had paid for 4 hours, and should have been good until 3pm. When I returned to my car, there was a ticket in my windshield for $125 stating I parked illegally. On the ticket, there is a website to go to for disputes, but it sends you on a cycle of odd websites that have nothing to do with parking. When I click the scan code, it brings up what seems to be an illegitimate website. This parking company is either a scam itself, or these tickets are scams. In either case, I was ticketed for parking that I had already paid for. I have placed a complaint with the BBB.

If I could give a 0 star review I…

If I could give a 0 star review I would. We received a parking ticket to our surprise as we had tried to pay on the machine twice however the machine wasn’t working, so we paid on the app following the Qr code displayed on their signs. Taking us straight to a payment system where we imputed my number plate and paid by Apple Pay. Turns out the QR code on their sign took us to the incorrect geo location 100m around the corner. Not knowing the area we weren’t to know this was the case. Appealed via their website ignored my appeal. And sent a letter after 28 days saying I owed all the money. They have since ignored my further letters, explaining if they were to look at the CCTV you would see us trying to pay twice!!
Absolute scammers the lot of them!! You cannot get hold of anyone on the phone or via email it’s a waste of time.
If they think I’m paying they have another thing coming! Appealing to POPLA as we speak.

Scammers

Scammers - across from Ferry Rd markets they watch cars and fine before you can download the app that you are forced to use, no where to pay with cash or card on site, the app doesn’t work and the amount of details they need is fraught for scamming your card details. Never use, go anywhere else. Wish I had read these reviews before

Nothing short of fraud!

Nothing short of fraud!
I pre-booked my parking online for the next day trying to be proactive, but on arrival the machine decided there was no such booking when I entered my pin.
Calling for help via the function at the gate just resulted in me being on hold for 15 minutes, leaving me no choice but to pay a second time.
My efforts to contact the company via their website have just seen me ghosted initially.
After writing to an email address I found via other people's reviews who seem to have had the same experience, I did finally receive a response. I was asked for my bank details for the refund, which I provided even though it should be possible to just refund my card, but still nothing happened.
When I inquired again, I was told there was no booking for me for Como, when they knew and I had clearly stated AND provided evidence that my booking was for Collie Street in Fremantle, not Como.
Since then I have been ghosted again.
I have now contacted consumer protection. While this is only $8, they seem to be doing this a lot, and cumulatively this is a lot of money they are keeping that is not actually theirs.

Got a park pass for the Washington…

Got a park pass for the Washington Capitols game for April 2. Got there one hour before the game and there wasn't any spots left had to pay at another lot. Call them said the would investigate it and email in five days didn't hear back. Emailed them back Got a call telling me it first come bases and they will not refund my $79 dollars. This outfit is a scam stay away from them. MARK UNDERKOFFLER

CHARGED $400.00 INSTEAD OF $40.40 HAVE SPENT ALMOST 1 MONTH TRYING TO GET THEM TO REFUND TO NO AVAIL. THEY INFORMED ME TO CONTACT THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE PARKING OCCURRED EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES TO CHARGE MY CARD DISGUSTING NO OTHER WORDS
Have now disputed the transaction with my bank

I was ticketed after 20 minutes after paying for space.

I was ticketed after registering and paying. The ticket did not have the checkers name on it. The tag number on my vehicle matched the one on the ticket. After proving I paid via my credit card, a screen shot of the app and their email of payment. They still could not find the ticket. I had to upload a picture of the ticket to get issue resolved. Way to punish honest paying customers. Never again...
